Three bedrooms are located on the main upstairs level. Each bedroom has its own private bath. The kitchen is very well equipped. The lower level is meant to be a bonus space with a 4th bedroom and bath. It also has a large family room where you can use the sofa bed as an extra sleeping space for 2 additional persons. In this large space with direct access to the pool you find a little kitchenette and a bar with fridge to prepare the cool drinks. The property offers a 2 car garage, paver driveway and a spacious pool deck with outside shower, a garden lushly landscaped and maintained to perfection.
