The sea-view apartment is a stone’s throw away from the nearest beach, restaurant, shops and supermarket. It is a perfect apartment for enjoying all that Viareggio has to offer. Especially known as a seaside resort, the destination has well-equipped beaches with parasols and necessary amenities. The mile-long promenade of the town also known as La Passeggiata di Viareggio is popular among tourists for its Art Nouveau architecture. It is lined with shops, cafes and restaurants. One can feel the energy of the town which is full of bars, ice cream parlors, street food joints and cafes. There are also a few museums to gain an insight into the town’s history and a carnival citadel that hosts cultural events.
For day trips, guests can explore Lucca (33 minutes), Pisa (26 minutes), Carrara and other nearby towns on the Italian Riviera.
Pisa International Airport is about 30 kilometers away.
Leisure time: from 25 April to 13 June, for all guests who have booked, the owner of the Mauro beach resort in Torre del Lago is offering a special price: beach umbrella for 2 or 4 people €100 for one week. For a tent with a capacity of 6 people, €150 for one week. Simply show up and give the name of the house and the company: Happy Rentals.

Excellente localisation et confort
Check in check out : Gianluca, est un hôte très sympa, arrangeant, et qui donne de très bons conseils.
L’appartement : refait à neuf, climatisé, internet, très bien placé, à 200 mètres de la plage, tout confort pour 4 personnes. Situé au premier étage avec un balcon.
La station : viareggio est une jolie station balnéaire, le centre ville a une architecture très belle, plein de restos, magasins, bars, vendeurs de glace sur la grande ballade principale le long des plages.
La plage : en Italie il n’y a que des plages privées, je conseille le nettuno, qui vous loue un emplacement avec 2 chiliennes, 1 transat et 1 parasol, des douches, et vous bénéficiez des terrains de volley, foot, piscine, et du bar, restaurant pour un cocktail sur la plage coucher de soleil.
Compte tenu de la chaleur, l’eau de la mer est pleine d’algues et il y a quelques méduses … mais c’est partout pareil sur les plages cette année.
Le stationnement : places payantes tout autour de l’appartement, mais on peut prendre un abonnement au bureau de tabac a la journée ou la semaine, attention l’abonnement fonctionne par zones (l’appartement est en zone C), et certains jours il faut déplacer la voiture à certaines heures car nettoyage de la chaussée ou jour de marché.
Courses : il y a un supermarché conad city à 100 m de l’appart à pied ou un grand hypermarché conad a 2 km en voiture.
Visites : le marché de forte de marmi le dimanche, La tour de Pise a moins d’une heure, les cinque terres (allez à la spezia en voiture et prendre le train)
