It’s centrally located just 600 metres from the beach, the boardwalk, or Mazatlán Beach 🏖—a 7-minute walk or a 3-minute drive. <br>It’s 2 km from city centre, Machado Square, and the Pino Suárez Market, with all necessary services within 300 metres—including banks, a supermarket, pharmacies, an auto parts store, taco stands, a juice and breakfast stand, and small corner stores. You’ll love the location—even if you don’t have a car, it’s very accessible… and everything is within a 1 km walk.
