A true oasis to return to after a long day of exploring Paris, “Artist Chic” is a unique loft-style apartment offering the perfect balance between classical and modern.

The high-end furniture and design, the 17th century wooden beams and the 200 year old clear wood flooring gives the place an atmosphere of luxury and charm (and its skylight offering natural light is truly a plus!).

It is a rare opportunity to find a loft-style apartment in one of the most trendy streets, situated in one of the most sought after districts in Paris. In addition, the 17th century building, the surrounding calm and the luxurious decoration makes this apartment peaceful and unforgettably romantic.

The living room is bright and spacious, with a very comfortable sofa which can accommodate a guest. Further onwards and you reach the fully equipped kitchen with every appliance you need to prepare a proper meal (remember that you are just steps away from rue Montorgueil, abundant with fresh produce options and perfect for preparing a wonderful and romantic diner).

The apartment also consists of one large bedroom with a very comfortable queen size bed and an enclosed bathroom with contemporary decoration and fittings.

As you can see from the photos, the owner has dedicated a lot of her time and effort to ensure that every item of furniture is modern, stylish and high quality, and will well accommodate international guests. The owner wishes with all her heart that you will feel at home during your stay at “Artist Chic” (and that you might not want to leave once you’re here!).

Plus as we are a professional rental agency (Feels Like Home in Paris), we greet you in person when you arrive (we can also ask our chauffeur to come to pick you up at the airport), the apartment has been cleaned and prepared for you with a professional cleaning company, we provide you with a full welcome basket and there is someone on call 7 days a week. So you can really be relaxed during your time off and enjoy Paris with no worry!

Nice and big with good daylight and lighting but no direct sunshine.

Street is rue Saint Denis. Didn’t realise what it was famous for, even tho I have stayed in Paris many times. (You must check in within certain times or you’ll be up for an extra fee). Stephanie was very nice and helpful. We stayed 4 weeks and the kitchen was clean and well equipped for cooking. We didn’t need heating but lovely big modern heaters were supplied. Washing machine was terrific. Noise from downstairs could be loud at times, but ok if you’re only sleeping in the bedroom and not utilising the queen fold down bed in the lounge room area. Beds comfortable.

Absolutely Wonderful Stay

We stayed in Stephanie’s Artistic Apartment for a month on a pleasure trip to Paris. Best stay! HUGE apartment! Beautifully and uniquely decorated. Comfy bed and many extras especially in the very well equipped kitchen. The location was superb! Very close to many metro line entrances so getting around far and wide was easily doable. The apartment was close to many amenities-pastry/bake shops, florists, pharmacy, a general store (Monoprix) and a terrific street with a wonderful fresh produce shop, a butcher AND a Starbucks not far from the flat. Reasonable walking distance to many parts of the city both right and left banks. We couldn’t have imagined a better location! Stephanie was terrific to deal with-professional, attentive and available. Her team was great too! Prebooked no fret car service to and from the airport for an additional fee and a thorough cleaning and linen change at the 2 week mark was included. Rodilin you did an amazing job! It was a treat to return to the apartment each night!

Indeed Home away from Home

I loved the location of the property on a centrally located and cool street. The apartment however sits back from the street which makes it more quiet. We had all we needed and more. So appreciative and we will certainly come back. Thank you Stephanie.

Perfect home base for the Right Bank

We recently spent five nights at Stephanie’s flat over a weekend and amidst a heat wave. It was ideally located to access the canal as well as cool shops and restaurants in the 3rd, 10th and 11th. Location-wise, it was also super easy to walk to Montmartre (with an 11 year-old). The flat was super clean and had everything we needed when we wanted to eat in one evening. Bed was comfortable, furniture was nice and the wifi worked a treat. Would totally stay here again (and so would our 11 year-old).
