IDEAL SITUATION FOR THE PARIS 2024 OLYMPIC GAMES!

2.5 th floor without elevator.

Very quiet accommodation in the center of Paris in the classified Passage du Ponceau, 5 minutes walk from the Montorgueil district and the Marais, appreciated for its restaurants, bars and shops.
Also close to theaters, Beaubourg center, department stores, museums and several metro and bus lines.
You can also do many things on foot.

Ideally for 5 people, or even 6 people if children are present:

- 1 bed for 2 people (140 x 190) with mattress topper
- 1 sofa bed for 2 people (140 x 190) with mattress topper
- 1 futon-type bed (close to the ground) for one person (or 2 children) (120 x 190) with mattress topper

Aladdin's apartment bears his name because a cat named Aladdin lived there very happily with his mistress, all his life, from 2002 to 2019 (17 years).
His favorite playground was the roof of the Passage du Ponceau, accessible from the living room of the accommodation.
His favorite nanny was Jacqueline, an old lady you might meet in the stairwell, living upstairs.

Amazing location, old roomy apartment

Super location, next to a couple of Metro stations. it is located 2.5 levels above ground so be ready for some stair climbing, especially with heavy bags like in my case Place is mostly clean but floor is a bit damaged and signs of use are visible in walls and bathroom I had a couple of issues with some lights that didn't turn on and the dishwasher didn't work properly, I guess that was also why many plates and glasses were not very clean when I arrived and had to clean before use. Administrator apologized as she had an accident and could not supervise the place

Grandparents- Granddaughter trip

The property was quite comfortable for 3 of us. The online description doesn’t make it clear that there are the equivalent of 4 flights of stairs and that the single is little more than a mattress on the floor. The kitchen is well equipped.

Great two bedroom flat for long or short stays.

We spent 10 days at Valerie’s Flat. We had everything we needed, groceries, Monoprix and Metro 5 minutes away. It was very quiet and we slept well. Valerie was very good at communication. She returned text in just a few hours. We would certainly use her flat upon our return to Paris.

Perfect Stay for 5 Adults

The property is very clean, has its own kitchen, and is large enough not to feel cramped with several people. It is located within walking distance to Notre Dame, though it is a walk. Overall, would definitely recommend.
