New flat ideally located on the ground floor, in the heart of Paris in the famous Marais district, and 5 minutes walk from the George Pompidou centre (Beaubourg).
It is a very lively area thanks to its many pedestrian streets which give access to many restaurants, very trendy bars of the capital and many trendy shops. This district is rich in museums:
- Picasso Museum (650m away),
- Notre Dame de Paris (1km away),
- Musee du Louvre (1.5km away).

Located in the heart of Paris, rue de Montmorency, my 35m2 flat has been completely refurbished since May 2022. Decorated with taste, this flat will make you live a very pleasant trip in the heart of the Parisian life.

This sublime flat is very well arranged and is composed of

- 1 lounge area with television

My flat is ideal for 2 to 4 people

This area is rich in culture and museums, with:
- Picasso Museum (7 minutes walk)
- Notre Dame de Paris (1km away)
- Louvre Museum (1.5km away)
You are also a 9 minute walk from the famous BHV department stores', and you will find a large Monoprix supermarket (5 rue des Haudriettes) 1 minute away

My flat is very well served by public transport, which can take you to the Eiffel Tower, the Sacré Coeur or the Arc de Triomphe with great ease.

I recommend you to go for a walk to the rue de Bretagne which is rich in bars and small shops typically Parisian.

Just what we needed

I never would have thought of staying in this location, but I must say, it worked perfectly for my niece and me. The kitchen is well stocked. I think there were 4 corkscrews. And scissors!!! The living area was comfortable. Our bedrooms were on opposite sides of the unit, so we had privacy. Beds were comfy. The toilet was off the living room, and while 1 toilet 2 bathrooms sounds weird, it worked fine. No stairs, which was nice after long days of walking. I'd stay there again.

Outstanding Location!

We stayed 4 nights at Michael’s apartment in the Le Marais area. As first timers to Paris, it was the perfect central location. We took the metro with ease to get to all the main attractions. Michael and Johanna were great hosts and responsive to all our needs. Storage space is sparse for four adults, but we made it work! Thanks for an enjoyable stay!

Nice apartment, with some downsides

Great neighborhood with easy walking access to the 3rd, 4th, and 6th. High marks for great beds and showers. Weird to have two showers and one toilet. On-line photos show much more light in the place than there actually is, because the security shutters cannot be raised. Could never figure out the oven, since the video provided was completely inadequate.

Cozy, Well-equipped and Great Location!

We had the pleasure of staying here for the past 3 days. It’s a cozy place (small and cozy) in a great area - close to the action but not in the middle of it. This place is fine for 1-2 adults and perhaps 2 smaller people. It’s small - but for us, it was great. New appliances, and comfortable sitting areas make it a nice getaway or work trip spot. The toilet room is very small and for some may be uncomfortable; but for 2 “medium”sized women it was fine. It’s on the bottom floor which was nice to avoid stairs or a lift to get in and out. It does mean the apt gets less daylight from the courtyard location. It’s nice and quiet tho!
