Trulli & Dimore - Terralta

Trulli Terralta is a lovely complex of 4 cones and a lamia, with panoramic views over the valley of our cherry orchard Apulian countryside.
It is located in a strategic position just a few minutes drive from major attractions, such as the cities of Alberobello, Monopoli, Castellana Grotte, Polignano a mare [...].
The area on the front of the trulli is equipped with barbecue and a large round stone table, under a pergola, where you can have lunch or dinner, surrounded by local fruit trees such as almond, cherry, fig etc.. Adjacent to the house there is a pergola, equipped with deckchairs and sunbeds for relaxation, embellished with climbing vines that give white grapes of excellent quality. Through the largest trullo you enter the living area of the house connected through a characteristic stone arch to the kitchen, equipped with dishwasher, oven and fridge-table. A small hallway leads to the bedroom with double bed, to the bathroom with shower, and finally to the living room with sofa bed and TV; a large glass French window connects to the outdoor pergola. The second double bedroom, larger, is located to the left of the living room, with more privacy and en-suite bathroom.
Separate from the main body of the property, there is the depandance which offers its guests more privacy.
The latter, with a double bed, has a kitchenette, bathroom with shower, external washbasin, air conditioning and a pergola in front of the entrance.
The depandance will be open only in case the guests are more than 6; it is also not ideal for accommodating children, as the distance from the main building would not allow for careful supervision of them.This trulli complex is ideal for young couples, groups of friends, as they are located on top of a small hill, which although it gives a pleasantly more suggestive note to the stay, could make it difficult to pass.Trulli terralta enjoy peace and privacy, not too far from excellent restaurants, stores and beaches in the surrounding towns such as the city of Alberobello, recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, which is only 10 minutes by car, the center of Castellana Grotte, known for its karst caves, also just 10 minutes by car. And finally the lively town of Monopoli, where you can appreciate the beaches of crystal clear water and the many restaurants in the historic center, which is only 15 minutes by car

Online check-in is mandatory: it is free and can be done up to the day before arrival. If this is not done, € 55.00 will be charged (check in fee).

Mid-stay extra cleaning: 30,00 € per hour per cleaner

If a cot and high chair is requested, payment of €25 only for the cot will be required, the high chair is free. If they require only the high chair, the cost will be €25.

Arrival between 20:00 and 00:00 is subject to 80 late arrival fee.
