For a quiet moment, a small office space in the base is secluded away from the rest of the house. There’s plenty of room for the bustle of breakfast time in the big kitchen. A wall of mirrors gives a good sense of space in the formal dining room inside, while the woven wooden walls around the outdoor terrace offer a bit of privacy should you wish to dine alfresco.

South Kensington is probably most famous for being home to some of London’s top museums (The Victoria & Albert Museum, Natural History Museum, and Science Museum) and so you don’t need to wander far to see some of the city’s greatest treasures. World-class Hyde Park is just a stone’s throw away and there are plenty of great bars and cafes on the delightful pedestrianised end of Exhibition Road, packed full with outdoor diners and a great spot for people watching. Here, you’ll not only find an underground station that can connect you with Britain’s top shopping destination - Oxford Street - in just ten minutes. You’ll also find a bus station, where many of London’s iconic red buses stop and can whisk you around the capital. There’s also a coach station which will link you by road to most of England’s big cities, including Manchester, Oxford and Birmingham. And Victoria also has regular rail services to many destinations in southern England, including Brighton, Hastings and Gatwick Airport.

We provide our guests with a `home away from home` experience. Therefore, we would really appreciate all our guests to leave the place as close to as how they found it. Any excessive mess that requires our cleaners to go beyond the standard check out clean (changing linen, preparing the property for the next guest and restocking of general house supplies etc.) will be charged to the guests. Please also note that we will charge a penalty fee of £500 if any of our house rules are broken.
