NEW BUILT BEAUTIFUL 3 BEDROOM PRIVATE POOL VILLA IN DALYAN CENTER GULPINAR AREA!

This beautiful detached villa is located in Gulpinar Area of Dalyan town and only 5-10 minutes walking distance to center of Dalyan and the nearest super market, bars & restaurants and traditional town market square.
The villa comprising 3 bedrooms and 3 en-suite bathrooms. So on ground floor a shared bathroom and fully fitted, very well equipped open-plan kitchen and lounge with TV.
On first floor there are 2 en-suite bedrooms and second floor in attic there is an other en-suite bedroom. All the bedrooms has double beds so 6 people can sleep in beds. And only if it’s necessary 1 more small child could sleep on the sofa in lounge. The villa is fully air-conditioned and UNLIMITED WI-FI internet access is available.
The villa is set in a private, walled, landscaped garden. There is a private large size overflow swimming pool and a sun terrace with sun loungers. The villa is located in a nice quite area so it is very good for who like to relax by the pool and sunbathing.
P.S: Please do not forget that we have airport transfer service, car rentals and arrange boat trips. Currancy exchange service is available with same as post office rates!! Please ask for it!

Beautiful villa, beautiful pool, Good location a little out of town 15 min walk or hire buggy . Villa clean and spacious only , not much in the way of crockery and cutlery or kitchen equipment, no pool towels , some of the wall sockets very loose.

Lovely relaxing time

Lovely weather and a fine villa allowed us to have a relaxing family holiday in Dalyan. The villa is very new so everything was pristine and in good working order. The infinity pool was a delight and got plenty of use. It is in fairly quite neighbourhood and we were not overlooked. The walk into town takes about 20 minutes but this is very easy once you know the way. Great fun selecting from the many restaurants. Taxis seem to have trouble finding the address. No real criticisms of the villa. Could do with some sun umbrellas around the pool and perhaps better quality towels. Would highly recommend.

Dalyman is a great place to stay. Villa was close enough to walk to all bars and resteraunts.

Easy to use booking procedure. Only negative was all of the total amount was paid upon booking.
