NO YOUTH GROUP - ACTIVITY ROOM - This is really a beautiful cottage with all kinds of amenities. The house was built in 2011 and is located on a lovely natural plot just 350m. from one of Denmark's best beaches. In this house, no one will have a hard time making time go by. There is a super nice pool with counter-current of 22 m2, stand spa for 4 people and sauna / steam cabin in the pool area. If you get tired of swimming, there are opportunities to play pool, table tennis or table football in the large beautiful activity room. With its 6 rooms and 3 bathrooms, the house invites to family reunions or just to friends who want to holiday together. There really is room to move here. The kitchen, which is equipped with a large American fridge / freezer, is in open connection with the spacious living / dining area, from which there is also a view of the pool room. Furthermore, the living room is equipped with a really nice wood stove that provides both warmth and coziness. There is underfloor heating throughout the house. Free final cleaning!

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
