Located on the perimeter of one of the Costa Del Sol's most exclusive golf courses, Torrequebrada Golf, this property boasts both stunning golf course and sea views.

This apartment is ideal for both serious golfing groups as well as families looking for a quiet, relaxing holiday. Parties at the property are strictly forbidden, and the host retains the right to evict tenants should this rule be breached in any way.

Booking requests from groups with less than two people over 40 years old will have their booking rejected.

This property is managed exclusively by Anda Homes. A dedicated property manager will be available on call 24=7 for the duration of your stay.

Out of office hours Check-in is charged the following:

9pm - Midnight 20 euros
Midnight - 2am 40 euros
After 2am 60 euros

This amount is payable in cash at the property.

For infants, it is also possible to rent cots (50 euros) / high chairs (20 euros). These amounts are also payable in cash on check-in. Please let us know in advance if you would like to rent these items.

A short 5 minute car journey provides access to various beaches, as well as high end restaurants like Yucas and Trocadero.

Likewise Benalmadena Pueblo, Benalmadena Costa and Arroyo de la Miel are all 5 minutes away.

The apartment is 15 minutes away from Malaga Costa del Sol airport.

Malaga train station is 25 minutes away, where it is possible to connect to the local station based 5 minutes away in Arroyo de la Miel.

The A7 motorway is also 5 minutes away, meaning that the local towns of Fuengirola (15 minutes), La Cala de Mijas (25 minutes) and Marbella (35 minutes) are also easily within reach.

No parties, bachelor/hen type groups etc are allowed to stay at this property. Should we receive any noise complaints, damage or complaints of rowdy/inappropriate behaviour guests will be evicted by Airbnb and no refund issued. On reserving this property guests are complaint that they have read and agree to abide the house rules.
