About this property

The house is on a quiet road overlooking Arroyo del Pantana and look to the sea. 10 min walk from shopping, restaurants and the train station Arroyo de la miel/Benalmadena. With direct line to the airport. Lovely pool area with sun from 9am and the rest of the day. Entrance on the first floor where there is a kitchen, 3 bedrooms, livingroom, 2 bathroom and toilets. The house has a small balcony where it is possible to enjoy the warm evenings. There is a staircase down to the pool area where there are 2 bedrooms ,1 bathroom and 2 toilet and a lovely big covered terrace with barbeque area with multiple grills to coal. The pool has 10 sunbeds and is with a little lawn for play.

New kitchen and new furnitures in the livingroom in 2019.

Smukt hus i autentisk spansk stil

Pros: Husets beliggenhed. Rolige og skønne omgivelser. Et hus der er veludstyret med alt hvad man har brug for. Cons: Ikke noget. Dog skal det siges, at en bil er et “must”
