Villa Elisa is a beautiful Tuscan farmhouse, set in an oasis of beauty in the Maremma area. Spacious, modern and comfortable, the villa is the ideal location for discovering the beauties of Tuscany and Maremma, with the nearest beach within only 25 minutes’ drive. Also within easy drive you can reach the beautiful seaside town of Castiglione Della Pescaia (35 min drive), the famous seaside resort of Punta Ala (35 min drive) and the large town of Grosseto (30 min drive) where you can find lots of choices of restaurants, bars, gellaterias, shops, supermarkets, banks, and much more.

The villa is composed of two adjoining houses connected via an open gallery and an annex, developing over 1000 sq.m. It offers a total of three large and bright living rooms with sofas, armchairs, TVs, a beautiful large fireplace converted into seating area, and billiard table. There is also a large separate dining room accessed from one of the living rooms. The kitchen is modern and fitted with all the appliances necessary for cooking delicious Italian meals: two hobs, two ovens, large fridge and freezer, etc.

The sleeping area consists of a total of nine bedrooms: four of them with twin beds and five with double beds. All the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms (most with both shower and bath tub).

The unique annex is a former silo, now converted into a SPA with gym, Turkish bath and massage room. One of the double bedrooms with bathroom can be found here.

Outside, the villa offers a private swimming pool (salt water; open from May 15 to October 15) with sun lounges, outdoor table with chairs for al-fresco meals and an outdoor covered area by the pool for shade. Guests staying in the villa have free access to a private golf course nearby (12 holes). Guests are required to acquaint themselves with the course; this will take at least one hour. The first tee is 2km from the villa.

Recommended: All players should have a certified maximum handicap of 36 (although this is flexible); players without a handicap may not be allowed to play. Please enquire before you book. There is also a tennis court to which guests have free access. Tennis lessons can be provided at extra cost. Please enquire.
