Magnificent villa of 330 m2 in a park of 8000 m2.
Located on the heights of Seillans, one of the most beautiful villages in France, the villa enjoys stunning views of the valley, heated pool with pool house equipped 4X12,5m, a 4x4m pool and a large bowling alley.
The house has 5 bedrooms, including a master bedroom upstairs with its own bathroom. All air-conditioned rooms have a TV, a private shower and toilet. Three of the rooms have a private terrace overlooking the valley or the pool.
Ideal for lazing by the pool, or playing bocce on the terraces!
To enjoy the Provence, you can opt for more active holiday with walks in the Gorges du Verdon, Lake St. Cassian or golf Terre Blanche nearby.
You can also choose the beaches of the Riviera (Cannes, Mandelieu, Saint Raphael are less than 30 km), stroll the markets or test the many activities available nearby (tennis, golf, gliding ... ).

Great place

This was a lovely house with great amenities. We really enjoyed our stay. Would recommend a car if you come here as closest shop/restaurant are a 5 minute drive away.

Fantastic Holiday

Gorgeous villa

We had a wonderful time at Pascals gorgeous villa. We were a big group of friends in couples (plus our 10 month old baby) and it was perfect. The pool area is very well equipped and a perfect temperature and the pétanque court was a particular highlight. We would definitely come again!

Family Summer Holiday

The house is very nice and charming. The primary view from the property is beautiful and we discovered two good restaurants in Seillans. We enjoyed our stay except that we were frustrated by the lack of stable wifi which kept disconnecting and was very slow. We notified the property owner about this issue but the problem continued for most of our stay.

Beautiful estate in green mountain village

We had a great holiday! Very well and beautifully maintained villa on a magnificent domain with a magnificent view. Everything is available for a luxurious and carefree holiday. Well-equipped kitchen, good beds and bed linen, excellent air conditioning throughout the house and bedrooms. The house is located on a mountain slope in Seillans, no active region in the very close area, the car is necessary for getting out. (Villa is not suitable for people with walking difficulties.)

So good we never left

This is the third large family villa we have rented in the South of France in the last 10 years and certainly the best. It’s just like the description and importantly there is no “worst” room - they are all great. We were there with our three grown up daughters, a son in law, my brother and his wife, a small baby and three terriers - as the heading says we stayed in and enjoyed the house. Quick word on the pool it has a proper deep end you can dive in. We all loved it and wholeheartedly recommend it.

Fantastiskt hus med underbar utsikt. Vi hade gärna stannat längre.Köket är överutrustat med massa grejor som inte behövs eller fanns i för stor mängd. Borde tänkas igenom vad som kanbehövas och utrustas därefter.Slöa köksknivar. Inget durkslag. Inga bra stekspadar.Kaffebryggaren behöver kalkas av eller bytas ut.

Magnifique maison

Outre la découverte des lieux et l'accueil par Denise qui furent parfaits, le séjour a été, de l'avis de tous, exceptionnel. Chacun trouve son espace, la vue est grandiose quelle que soit la météo. Agréable séjour

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Dès le matin et toute l’après-midi nous avons pu profiter de la piscine avec toutes ces commodités. La maison est vaste, propre et très bien entretenue. La maison dispose de tout le confort dont nous avions besoin et plus. La maison est à quelques minutes du super marché et boulanger ce qui était parfait pour nous. En cas de besoin Denise est toujours là pour assurer un service excellent et rapide. En tout cas à recommander.

Nous sommes sincèrement désolés que votre séjour ne vous ait pas entièrement satisfaite et nous tenons à vous dire que nous prenons en compte vos différentes remarques. Néanmoins nous n'avons aucun moyen d'agir sur les insectes qui font partie de la nature, hormis les répulsifs à votre disposition, selon les années il peut y avoir des moustiques, guêpes ou mouches. L'aérodrome de Fayence ne dispose que de deux avions tracteurs pour les planeurs ce qui ne peut générer une nuisance aussi importante que vous le laissez entendre, d'autant que les spots de largage changent selon les vents. Pour les personnes à mobilité réduite, la maison dispose d'une seconde piscine à moins de 10 mètres de la maison.

Our month in Provence!

We booked La Colette almost one year in advance and were very attracted by the great website impression of the property. The reality exceeded our expectations at the time of booking! My wife and I rented La Colette for four weeks during which we had a steady flow of guests (friends and family) throughout the month. We invited 22 guests in total with a maximum of 8 at any time, and we could have comfortably accommodated 10. The house is attractively designed with multiple areas inside and outside for small or large groups to socialize. We ate almost all our meals at the lovely large table situated between the main part of the house and the wing of three guest bedrooms. We had morning coffee and evening drinks on the lovely terrace adjacent to the sitting room. We also lounged around both pools, particularly enjoying the larger and lower pool with its kitchen facilities and refrigerator. We had a great deal of fun playing Boules/Petanque which is such an inclusive game for all ages. All five bedrooms are very well appointed, spacious, with pleasant aspects on the countryside and nice en-suite bathrooms. The lovely kitchen and dining room are very well equipped with crockery, cutlery and glassware, enough to host many more guests than the house will accommodate! The owners, Sylvette and Pascal were there to welcome us on arrival and orient us. Madame Denise, the housekeeper, attended well to our needs during the course of our stay and was readily accessible. The house is located on an east facing hillside looking out across spectacular countryside and beautiful sunrises each morning. The colors of the distant hills and mountains were magnificent and constantly changing, with the occasional mist in the valleys when it cooled. The shade in the late afternoon and evening was ideal for sun-downers and evening meals. We used the large barbecue, adjacent to the outdoor table, about 12 times La Colette is a short (5 min) drive from the lovely perched village of Seillans which has mutiple good restaurants and two pleasant cafes/bars. It is also close to the other perched towns in the area, most notably Fayence, Mons, Callian, and Tourettes where we enjoyed good walks and great lunches/dinners. We had to make four runs to the Cote d'Azur Airport in Nice which is about one hour away and very accessible. The 8-to-8 store in Seillans and Super U in Fayence met all our grocery needs very well.
