This splendid prestige villa built in 2003, south orientated, is located in a quiet and residential area, close to the golf course of Valescure, the tennis courts and fine sandy beaches.

You will enjoy a non-obstructed view over the Esterel Massif. It is the starting point of amazing hikes or bike trips.
Park with planted trees grassed and filled with exotic trees. To enjoy evenings with your friends or family, there is a large pull house with a Moroccan living room.

Its very beautiful tiled swimming pool of 10 x 5 m is surrounded with large beaches on which you will find deck chairs and mattresses. The property is enclosed with a high hedge to insure a perfect tranquility.

Rooms are extremely bright and pleasant to live in.

The house was completely renovated in 2009: furniture, beddings, linen and crockery are new.

The lawn and the swimming pool are maintained every week.

Electric scooters available on request. The unit price is 40 € for the week. To book before your stay, subject to availability.

La villa correspond au descriptif de l'annonce, elle est bien située également. Pour être plus agréable elle aurait besoin "d'un rafraichissement " complet.la piscine et les extérieurs sont très agréables. l'hôte est disponible et répond rapidement à chaque demande.le seul bémol est l'absence de ménage (cafetière non nettoyée, placards sales, et literie à revoir).Agréable séjour dans l'ensemble.

Top Villa, wunderschöner Pool und gepflegter Garten. Leider war eine Toilette etwas undicht und hat deshalb gestunken. Ansonsten aber einen super Urlaub gehabt. Vermieter ist sehr zuverlässig und entspannt. Gerne wieder

Patrick was very helpful and check in was easy and stress free. The property itself is a bit tired, the furniture, soft furnishings and kitchen could do with an update. The pool is lovely and gets the sun all day but has cracked tiles and could do with some maintenance. It is located on a housing development - the nearest beach is 4K. It is easy to explore along the south coast from here.

Fantastisch!

Die Villa ist sehr schön und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts. Der Vermieter ist äußerst freundlich und großzügig und kümmert sich sehr darum, dass die Gäste eine gute Zeit verbringen. Wir haben mit zwei Familien incl. 5 Kindern und 1 Hund dort gewohnt, dafür ist die Größe mehr als ausreichend. Eine absolute Empfehlung!

Fantastiskt boende i lugnt och fint område

Vilket boende! Vi är mycket nöjda över vår vecka i St Raphael! Själva området var lugnt, tryggt och mycket vackert. Villan var insynsskyddad av hög häck och elektronisk grind. Det var ca 2km till supermarket (Lidl) och ytterligare knappt 1km till shoppingcenter med bl.a LeClerc. Det var 3km till den mindre byn Agay med strand och små restauranger och butiker, så bil är att rekommendera. Huset är stort, välplanerat och välutrustat både vad gäller köksatiraljer, bad- och poolhanddukar, grill, solstolar och utemöbler. Fin trädgård med en underbar pool (uppvärmd till 28 grader)! Vi var ett sällskap på 13 personer ändå fanns det alltid ett eget ”space” både inomhus och utomhus om man ville vara för sig själv och ha lite lugn och ro. Trevlig och smidig kontakt med ägaren. Detta var ett fantastiskt boende som vi gärna återvänder till! Vi kan varmt rekommendera det!

Zeer mooi huis, goed gelegen alle comfort, overal airco , alles gelijkvloers een gezellige tuin met schommels en kinderspeelhuisje met glijbaan voor de kinderen. Zeer ruim zwembad met rolluik om af te sluiten voor de veiligheid van de kinderen. Kwartiertje rijden van St Raphaël. dicht bij strand van Agay.

Wir waren in den Pfingstferien zwei Wochen mit 6 Erwachsenen und 7 Kindern zwischen 10 und 13 Jahren da. Alles war perfekt für uns. Das Beste war der beheizte Pool - die Kinder haben von morgens bis abends getobt. Wir kommen wieder!

La villa est magnifique, spacieuse et très bien équipée. Nous avons bénéficié d'un accueil chaleureux et on nous a renseigné sur les endroits à voir ,sur les activités possibles . Durant cette dernière semaine d'octobre nous avons bénéficié d'un temps splendide permettant aux enfants de profiter de la piscine pour leur plus grand plaisir. Nous avons profité agréablement de notre séjours à St Raphael.
