Clarendon is a splendid Victorian three storey, mid terrace townhouse which retains many of its charming period features. Providing the perfect base for family or friends to explore the wonderful North Norfolk coast and is conveniently located close to the local shops, cafes and restaurants, with the award-winning beach just a short stroll away.Ground Floor, Victorian tiled path, one step up leading to: Front door leading into the spacious hall with original tiled flooring, staircase, door to Lounge: with Smart TV, comfortable sofas, bay window and feature fireplace, door to Dining Room: with large table to seat 10, French doors leading out to the rear garden and feature fireplace. One Step down: Door to Kitchen: with original tiled floor, insert Victorian feature range, gas hob and electric fan oven, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. Door leading into Utility Room: with washing machine, tumble dryer & beer/wine fridge, and door to Shower Room: walk in shower cubicle, WC, and washbasin. Step from utility room into small rear garden.
Staircase leading to first floor landing, with door to Master bedroom: with Kingsize bed, bay window and feature fireplace. Bunk bedroom: with bunk beds (suitable for children only). Twin bedroom: with 2 single beds. Step down to: Double bedroom: with double bed. Family bathroom: with free standing bath, double ended bath, WC, and washbasin.
Traditional steep staircase with stairgate leading to second floor landing, 3 steps up: with door to Double bedroom: with double bed and a sea glimpse accross the rooftops. Family shower room: with walk in shower cubicle, WC, and wash basin.
Outside: Small front garden enclosed with brick and flint walls, small rear courtyard style garden.
Please note: Stairgate on top light of stairs only, coolbag, picnic basket, beach chairs, iron and ironing board provided. 2 x well behaved dogs welcome at £20.00 per pet, per week. This property has an additional £20.00 per week applied to it to cover the rising utility charges. Whilst there is no parking at the property, the Cliff Road or Station car park are close by and both weekly and annual passes are available to purchase.Location: beach 0.2 miles, cafes and shops a 1-minute stroll.
