Situated on the D148 between Fontenay le comte and Niort, close to the A83 motorway.
Close to Mervent Forest, the Marais Poitevin or (Venise Verte), Xanton Lakeside Beach with slides, lifeguard, shallow area, diving pontoon, bar with snacks, picnic area and play area. 1 hour from coast and beaches and islands of both the South Vendee and Charente Maritime. 1 hour from Ile de Re.
