INEGAL

L'endroit est très beau et calme, en pleine nature. La maison est agréable, belles chambres. La cuisine est sous-équipée : pas de plateaux, un seul torchon. Le plus élémentaire de l'accueil aurait été d'avoir des denrées de base (sel, poivre, sucre, etc...) Mais suite à un orage lors du deuxième jour, des fuites d'eau ont eu lieu à travers les cheminées et le toit (à 3 endroits). Suite à cet orage, l'eau courante dans la cuisine et la salle de bain est devenue marron, avec un forte mauvaise odeur pendant les 3 derniers jours. C'est un vrai problème d'hygiène inadmissible pour une location de ce type. Aussi une lampe dans la cuisine et une autre sur la terrasse ne fonctionnaient pas.

Dear Christophe, Thank you for your comments. Firstly we would like to apologize for the inconvenience caused by the strong winds and rain you experienced during your stay in Formentera. Very unfortunate. This weather is quite unsual for this time of the year in Formentera. We will repair the leaks and improve the ceiling to ensure this does not occur again. With regards to the colour of the water, like I said, it is very unsual to have such hazardous weather during the month of september. This is a country house and the water supply comes from an external deposit, therefore, the water can contain some traces when it rains so hard but only in extremely weather conditions. Lastly, we will continue to improve our kitchen equipment, however, if there is something missing we can always provide it to you immediately if you do let us know. Our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused and we hope to see you again some other time. Best wishes, Silvia

Tres belle maison isolée dans la pinède. Calme absolu

Cette maison est parfaite pour 4 personnes. Assez isolée, on s'y sent très bien et au calme et aussi au frais par rapport à la côte. Attention pas de wifi, mais on capte les réseaux sur la terrasse. Accueil très sympathique.

Nos alegra mucho de que haya disfrutado de su estancia en nuestra casa. La cobertura de wifi es un problema general que existe en toda la isla, la cobertura es limitada es muchas zonas de la isla, en concreto el lugar donde está la casa no es posible establecer una conexión a través de la wifi, muy a nuestro pesar... Esperamos tenerle de nuevo en nuestra casa en un futuro próximo!

Muy tranquilo

Queríamos una casa en un sitio tranquilo y ha cumplido todas las expectativas, solamente se oían cantar los pájaros y las cigarras. La casa cómoda, fantástico el porche. La respuesta de Francesca ante cualquier petición fue rápida y efectiva. Recomendable para los que quieran disfrutar de la naturaleza y la tranquilidad.
