Matucana Beach Apartment Beautiful apartment, very comfortable in a quiet area and in the center of Sitges, next to Sant Sebastià Beach, close to all services.
Three minutes from the train station, very close to restaurants and shops. Ideal for families or couples who want to enjoy a few days at the beach.
The apartment is located on the ground floor at mezzanine level accessible with a gentle ramp or short staircase.
Bright, all exterior with large windows. Modern apartment completely renovated and exquisitely decorated.
Large, bright living-dining room with large windows. It has a large flat-screen TV, heating with radiators and air conditioning. It has high-speed Wi-Fi for its guests.
Full bathroom with shower and large entrance.
Fully equipped independent kitchen: fridge, freezer, oven, gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine. There is a small utility room where the washing machine is located. Two well-furnished bedrooms, one with a double bed 160 x 200 cm and another room with two comfortable single beds. Main features:- Maximum guests: 4
