This modernised two story cottage benefits from an open plan living and kitchen area with access to a small, private courtyard. Relish a break in one of the UK's modern-day cities, with Brighton beach just a 10 minute walk and a colourful array of shops, cafes, pubs, bars and restaurants just moments from your front door.

Why they chose this property
This is such a unique property for central Brighton's North Lanes. I love it because you have all the benefits of being in a stylish, modern house, yet you're still in the heart of the city. All of the central Brighton attractions are right on your doorstep, just minutes away. What is even more unique about the cottage is that you can access it by car (whereas many of the residential roads in the Lanes are only accessible on foot).
What makes this property unique
The cottage is a 2 min walk from the main train station, so accessing it to start and finish your holiday is completely hassle free. You can also usually unload outside the cottage (subject to council rules and regs) before parking up for the weekend. I rent a parking bay in an underground car park located 5 mins walk away, accessed only with a swipe card. If you would like to book to use my parking bay pleas drop me a line to check availability.
The cottage benefits from a full security system including CCTV covering the front and back doors / window of the property. All will be switched on during your stay.
