Don Ximo 1º Solo Familias!
Marvellous apartment on the first line of Gandia Beach. First floor with views from the east-facing terrace overlooking the sea. Offers two double bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, a renovated bathroom with a practical shower tray, renovated and modern kitchen with access to a terrace/laundry area with views of the pool and common areas. Living-dining room with access to a wide terrace with awnings, from which we see the Neptuno promenade and the beach. Includes underground garage parking.
The building has a swimming pool with a designated children's area. Located in the centre of Gandia Beach, in the Aquarium complex, with all necessary amenities and services nearby. Apartment equipped with washing machine, TV and microwave.
Capacity for 4 people PETS ALLOWED upon request with a maximum weight of 10 kilos (£7/night)
NO YOUNG GROUP ALLOWED (ages under thirty years old).
Our apartments are delivered clean and include bedding (fortnightly bed) and towels (1 bathroom-shower/person, 2 toilet/bathroom). We recommend you bring a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/miscellaneous. A pressure cooker or hairdryer are not standard. If any of these are essential for you, do not forget to bring them!
The key collection will take place at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE No. 7 PLAYA DE XERACO, from 1:00 pm. There is the possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having previously deposited the deposit. The exit and evacuation of the accommodations will be carried out before 10:00 am. The keys can be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or will be returned to our offices. Upon arrival, you will have two options to deal with possible damages or non-compliance with the evacuation schedule. Either leave a deposit of €150 which will be returned within a maximum of 5 days after reviewing the apartment, or take out an ACCIDENTAL damage exemption insurance for €28, non-refundable.
Gandia beach with its 7.5 km of coastline and more than 3 km of fine white sand, together with a superb Mediterranean climate, is ideal for enjoying a walk or practising running or beach sports.
Gandia beach offers lifeguard service in high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream parlours, supermarkets, press, pharmacy, and many other services. The water entry slope is gentle, ideal for the youngest and seniors. It is a very family-friendly beach, with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes. In low season, we recommend having access to a vehicle to move around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits that are well worth it. There are many routes for hikers, both in the mountains and through the marshland. In the latter, very popular among ornithologists. L'Ahuir beach, in the NORTH ZONE of Gandia beach where ROMA XIV is located, a virgin beach without buildings, due to its environmental and ecological weight, where birds nest and we find native plants, is undoubtedly another experience for the visitor. Let's not forget fishing, which can be practised on beaches, sea arms and rivers.
