Beautiful apartment facing the sea. Open concept Fully integrated kitchen in living room. Two double bedrooms, both with terrace and fronts to the sea, two exterior bathrooms, with shower, terrace with stunning sea views. It is a 11th floor. Apartment completely renovated and furnished in Mediterranean style. Between the sand and the complex you will find a pedestrian promenade from which you can enjoy the tranquility provided by the sound of the sea. Gandia beach has blue flags that guarantee the quality of its waters and its beach services throughout the time of the year.

If you want to enjoy water sports at sea, you have a water sports school in the summer season a few meters from the apartment. At school you can enjoy windsurfing, catamaran, kayaking, PadelSurf classes.

You can also learn the sport of sailing in the Gandia sailing club in the area of ​​the Gandia beach yacht club.

Property was great!

The apartment was great! Everything was clean, organized and complete; from dishware, towels, iron etc. Check in might have been a bit more organized, as we arrived a bit after the management company had left for the day, but they did make themselves available by phone and we got through it fine. I would absolutely recommend this property!

The absolute best place to stay!

The apartment is gorgeous! Extremely clean, very modern. The management company was wonderful. It felt like we had the best of a vaca rental but with the service of a hotel concierge. The views and location can’t be beat. Restaurants and cafes are right outside the door, grocery store is about a 6 mins walk. It’s on the end of the beach so a little removed from the chaos of the center but a short walk to it if you want the excitement. Staying here was the best decision of our entire vacation.

Una casa preciosa frente al mar

La casa es realmente muy bonita, con una distribución de espacios muy bien pensada que hace que todo resulte práctico y acogedor. La decoración es elegante y cómoda, cuidada hasta el último detalle. Las camas y almohadas son especialmente confortables, ideales para un buen descanso. Además, todo estaba muy limpio a nuestra llegada, lo cual se agradece mucho. Está situada en primera línea de playa, lo que la convierte en un lugar ideal para disfrutar del mar desde el primer momento. También está muy bien climatizada, lo que hizo nuestra estancia aún más agradable. Sin duda, un alojamiento al que volvería sin pensarlo. Ventana baño común con vidrio mateado

Mooi appartement

We hebben een prima verblijf gehad. Het appartement is netjes en compleet ingericht. Het ligt pal aan zee, heeft een prachtig uitzicht. Wij vonden de omgeving minder, heel veel hoogbouw. Veel restaurants waren eind aeptember al gealoten.

Sin lugar a dudas si quieres unas vacaciones en unos apartamentos en línea playa, limpios , modernos y sobre todo con una atención inmejorable Apartamentos Gandía reúne todas estas condiciones. Trato inmejorable por parte de Gregorio y Pablo y que decir de qué estan pendientes durante la estancia para lo que necesites. Llevamos ya 10 años con ellos y seguiremos. A veces hay algunos utensilios cocina que faltan o están desgastados como cuchillos tijeras etc pero nada que no se pueda sustituir

Appartement impeccable et très bien situé

L'appartement est conforme à l'annonce: très bien décoré, propre, avec toutes les commodités, dont la climatisation dans toutes les chambres. La terrasse avec vue sur la mer est très agréable. La mer est juste en bas et la piscine de la résidence est très grande. Le personnel de l'agence qui gère cet appartement est très aimable et très réactif en cas de problème. Et la station de Gandía est très agréable, avec de nombreux restaurants. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

Topvakantie. Top appartement. Goede en prettige samenwerking met Pablo Chinchilla en Alicia.

Een fantastisch appartement. Uitzicht op zee. Schoon, licht, gezellig appartement. We voelden ons direct thuis. Hebben 4 weken genoten van het Spaanse klimaat in februari. In de directe omgeving is in deze tijd bijna niks open. Maar verderop de boulevard, richting haventje is het een gezellige sfeer met winkels, restaurants. Strandbeach Buddha is onze favoriet om in de middag even een borrel te drinken in de zon.
