Greenside of the Sea

The Greenside of Sea Hostel is located in Corujeira, a village in the Gandara area, with good access, in a rural setting, near the beach, close to the bike and walking path leading to Mira Beach, and near a river beach.<br>With free Wi-Fi throughout the property, an outdoor terrace with a pool, a shared lounge, and a garden, it is a comfortable, cool, and naturally well-ventilated space—which is why there’s no need for air conditioning, offering the added benefit of being more eco-friendly.<br>It features two suites with private bathrooms, one double room with a shared bathroom, an 11-person dormitory with a shower room (2 showers and two toilets—one per stall), a TV room with a fireplace/wood-burning stove for heating, a dining area with a beautiful, large fireplace/wood-burning stove, a well-equipped kitchen, and a multifunctional space with plenty of light and some plants, which we call the solarium.<br>The bedroom has a ground-floor balcony overlooking the garden on one side and direct access to the garden next to the pool on the other.<br>Wood is a constant feature throughout the house, with walls panelled halfway up, giving it a cosy feel. All the spaces are generously sized, creating a comfortable atmosphere where you can feel right at home.<br>This property also offers guests a pleasant pool, a large garden with a corner featuring aromatic herbs and edible flowers—which guests are welcome to pick—as well as an adjoining backyard, with a few fruit trees that bear fruit in season—which guests are also welcome to pick, as they are chemical-free—and occasionally some vegetables as well. <br>We also have 7 bicycles and safety gear, as well as child seats and a small barbecue. There is also plenty of outdoor parking space on the property.<br>Guests at Greenside of Sea Hostel can enjoy a continental or buffet breakfast, or they can prepare their own in our kitchen, which is equipped with all the necessary dishes, appliances, and seasonings.<br>You can enjoy activities in Corujeira and the surrounding area, such as cycling, as described in the activities section.<br>Aveiro is 33 km from the Greenside of Sea Hostel, while Coimbra is 40 km from the property; Figueira da Foz is also about 30 km from our house. It is therefore a place with good access and little traffic, which makes it easy to travel to other locations.
