Towels and bed linen are provided for your stay.
Service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for your convenience.
You can store your bags free of charge at the Welcome Center.

Porto is a fascinating city in the north of Portugal with lots of good things to offer you during your stay.
There is lots of history as you walk in the streets. Lots of monuments, stores, and cafes.
The nightlife is full of vibrant spots to hang out with your family and friends.
There is the Douro river, where you can enjoy a nice pleasant river cruise and try many different dishes and wines.
It is also located near the coast which provides your the possibility to go to the beach and enjoy a sunny day.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus stop, Diogo Brandão, is just a 3-minute walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 26-minute drive from the property.

This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.

A little gem

This place was perfect for our first time in Porto! Right off a quiet street with a bus stop right in front! Lots of restaurants and shopping all around in a bustling neighborhood. A grocery store, laundromat, and pharmacy are all close by as well. We were so busy we forgot the drink the wine left by the owners! Thank you so much! We may stay again next time!

Very nice, comfortable and private stay in the city center We got everything as we expected: the apartment was clean, there was a welcome set (tea, oil, salt). We stayed for 4 days so there was a change of bedsheets. experience with getting all the instructions (how to get keys, wifi, etc). Just a recommendation: there were some emojis in the instructions and they puzzled us a little bcs it turned out they are the part of the pass code, it took some time get to the point. And body/shower gel had an “interesting “ smell, not usual pleasant one some bathrooms whenever they are (other guesthouses, hotels, restaurants), but that is really just our personal tastes.

Great location but problems arose

I was happy with my choice when I arrived- it's a bit shabbier in person than the photos portray it but the location is unbeatable and the 3 tilt-and-turn french doors are wonderful. Unfortunately, in the middle of my third night, the water heater began to overflow and flood the apartment. After being relocated twice by the owners, finally to a really unacceptable property that was quite far from the conference I was attending, I gave up and moved to a hotel. They refunded me for the final two nights, but I hold them accountable for the loss of my third and fourth nights, for which they are unwilling to compensate me. Just be warned that if something goes wrong in a property owned by GuestReady you may find yourself, like me, wishing you had booked elsewhere from the beginning.
