We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Someone will meet you at your check-in, and you may be asked to verify your identity before the date of your arrival.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Sugestão para Apartamento na Rua Cidade de Bristol 147

Gostamos muito do apartamento. Espaçoso, camas boas, roupa de cama e de banho bem limpos, ótima localização. A minha sugestão é a melhoria na limpeza: cortinas estão bem sujas, assim como os candeeiros. O frigorífico também estava com muito gelo. Na casa de banho, a sanita estava com sujeira grossa assim como nos arredores da banheira.

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo

L’appartamento si trova in una zona residenziale di Porto, è molto tranquilla e spaziosa. Nelle vicinanze si trovano ristoranti e supermercati. Con i mezzi pubblici, autobus, si raggiunge facilmente il centro, ma consiglierei di controllare gli orari, così si evitano attese. I biglietti dell’autobus a Porto sono tessere ricaricabili e si acquistano esclusivamente alle fermate della metro. La casa viene affittata da un’agenzia, loro mandano diverse email prima dell’arrivo, alle quali bisogna rispondere, altrimenti non avviene la consegna della chiave. Il contatto con l’agenzia è molto formale e sterile con messaggi automatici ecc., questo non mi è piaciuto ed è chiaro che senza accesso alla propria casella postale email, il check in diventa un problema, Comunque, per il prezzo che abbiamo pagato, la casa è ottima, nel complesso la posso solo consigliare, sopratutto per famiglie e viaggiatori con budget limitato.
