Luxury Penthouse apartment between Marbella and Sotogrande on the Costa del Sol.

The complex is located near Manilva in the region called Chullera, Bahia de las Rocas (Rock Bay). At a short distance from a number of beautiful beaches and the beautiful marinas of Duquesa and Sotogrande. There are also a number of golf courses nearby.

Beautiful holiday home suitable for 4 persons.

The apartment is approximately 110 m2 in size with a terrace of 20 m2. The apartment has a spacious living room, large hall, a beautifully fitted kitchen, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and even a separate room that serves as storage where the machine is located. The kitchen has a 4-burner hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, fridge and coffee machine and is therefore ideal for cooking.

Great time

The property was clean and decorated with cute but not terribly comfortable IKEA furniture with the exception of the beds which were fairly comfortable. The view from the terrace was spectacular! The only (small) negatives were no toilet paper, kitchen paper towels or hand soap. Although not within the owner’s control, the construction of a new condo building across the street started at dawn and didn’t allow for vacation sleep ins. Our late August/early September stay was nevertheless magical.

Vistas impresionantes

El apartamento me ha parecido maravilloso, a nuestra llegada todo estaba muy limpio y ordenado. Solo echamos en falta un secador de pelo, seguramente estará pero tampoco tiene importancia en el global del apartamento. La terraza es magnífica y sus vistas espectaculares. El único pero es que hay que utilizar el coche para todo pero eso ya lo sabíamos cuando lo alquilamos. Si lo que buscas es paz y tranquilidad, desde luego es el sitio adecuado.

Unas vistas estupendas

Nos hemos alojado una semana y todo genial. Muy limpio todo, las camas muy comodas, una zona muy tranquila para descansar. Los niños disfrutaron mucho de la piscina. El único inconveniente que le veo es que se necesita el coche para todo, pero todo está muy cerca. Lo recomiendo sin duda

Ruim, net appartement, van alle gemakken voorzien, met een fantastisch uitzicht!

Wij hebben genoten van het ruime, nette appartementen. Ideaal was dat de huurauto in de parkeergarage kon staan zodat de auto lekker koel bleef. Het was lekker rustig in het complex. Mooi zwembad met ligweide. Het uitzicht op Gibraltar is fantastisch! Het appartement is centraal gelegen zodat het strand en leuke plaatsjes goed en snel aan te rijden zijn. Strand op 3 minuten rijden. Diverse supermarkten op 5 minuten rijden. Wij zouden het appartement iedereen aanraden!

Appartement récent très bien équipé

Dans un complexe privé, logement au deuxième et dernier étage d'un immeuble récent. Comme dans beaucoup de ces résidences, on est peu dérangé: même en août, un logement sur deux est vide. Point fort: excellent équipement, mobilier pratique et de bon goût. Bon rapport prestation / prix. Très calme. Point plus faible: piscine communautaire un peu simple, que nous n'avons fréquentée qu'une fois. Il est vrai que nous sortions d'une autre résidence avec piscine assez exceptionnelle. Attention: la porte fenêtre d'accès à la terrasse est en fermeture autoblocante. Nous avons failli rester bloqués sur la terrasse.

We were there from May 25.until July 06, 2016 at the Rock Bay II BL.3 Apartment 70 29691- Manilva. Key collection on arrival and the refund of the deposit 250 € on departure was not a problem. We have many apartments rented to various European countries - this apartment Rock Bay II - BL.3 Apartment 70 29691-Manilva lined up one among the best. Irene, my wife, was of the kitchen just thrilled. Nothing was missing. All kitchen appliances did worked very good. Also the Internet that was important to me. The location of the apartment is ideal, because you can reached the Beaches with the car in about 5 to 10 drive minutes. (There are several beautiful beaches). Also the grocery stores are not very far away. A trip to the land inside is recommended. We can recommend this apartment with a clear conscience. A thanks to Davy and Rosangela - the apartment is spacious and very nicely decorated that you can feel in there very well. Irene & Werner ( from Austria / both 70 years young)

Very pleasant apartment, with beautiful views

A very clean, smart and well furnished apartment. Excellently presented, with every convenience you could possibly need. The master bedroom room is excellent, with a walk-in shower/bath and balcony to the south-facing terrace. Very spacious for 4 people or a family, with a really excellent view towards Gibraltar and Morocco. We just wanted to chill-out and relax, which was easy in the pleasant surroundings. Very quiet - little or no traffic passing by, which really helps you to appreciate the tranquility. Sitting out on the terrace, admiring the view, or looking up to the stars - it really is a relaxing place! There's plenty to do and no need to travel far, but the delights of Andalucia are all within reach, should you desire to see a little more. The facilities onsite are great - with a paddle court (way too energetic!) and great pool for swimming in the evening, or the day if you choose to.. Had a really lovely time here, would stay again without a moments hesitation. A big thank you to Davy& Rosa for letting us stay in their great apartment. We can thoroughly recommend this to anyone, there is nothing that will disappoint - everything is there for you to do as much or as little as you wish!

Heerlijk met liefde ingericht, schoon appartement.

Het appartement is van alle gemakken voor zien, superschoon. Zowel de eigenaar als keyholder servicegericht en je kan ze alles vragen heel behulpzaam! Dankzij de wifi die de woning heeft kon ik via whatsapp vragen stellen aan de eigenaar...superhandig gewoon! De rots van gibraltar is de moeite waard om te bezoeken met zijn historie. Bij een bezoek aan gibraltar denk erom aan schoenen aan te trekken als je rijdt. Gibraltar heeft geldgebrek en zo probeert de politie overal een boete voor te geven. Dus ook voor rijden op slippers! Zo werden we getipt door een medewerker van het eiland. . Het strandje wat bij de rotonde links ligt is heerlijk vertoeven de hele dag, het barretje heeft heerlijke cocktails. Port Banus is ook een aanrader als je je ogen uit wilt kijken naar dure winkels, snelle auto's en grote jachten. Port dequesa is gezellig zitten in de avond (aan de haven).

Beautiful appartement

We visited this appartement for the second time. It was even better than the first time. Now with a new pergola and toldo (horizontal sun protection) the terrace looks supernice. The beautiful view looking towards the sea and Gibraltar grabbed us again. We even slept one night outside looking at the stars !!...fresh but what an adventure Back in Septembre if we can best greetings Fam. Ivo Rod.

The appartment is superbeautiful. All necessary things are present. It is very friendly for children. The swimming pool and paddle court gave us a nice pleasant difference in spending our time. The beach is not that far...like 1 kilometer by car to the first beach. And about 3 kilometer to a very nice beach in Torreguadiaro. In the neighbourhood are enough restaurants and supermarkets to find your things. We will go again in August this year..hope it is available then!! best regards, Erin and Daniel

Superverblijf in prachtig appartement

Wij werden erg goed ontvangen door de keyholder van de verhuurder. Appartement is mooi gelegen in een beschermd gebied. Mooie omgeving met natuur erbij. Het appartement is compleet nieuw en van alle gemakken voorzien. We hebben een topweek gehad!!...We gaan volgend jaar weer en zullen dan proberen langer te verblijven. Ik dank de verhuurders voor de mooie service en de fles wijn bij ontvangst. Met vriendelijke groet Familie M en T.
