This quirky, spacious luxury 4 bed private apartment is just a few minutes walk from Swanage’s safe, sandy beaches in a private and quiet location but just 2 minutes walk from the heart of the town as well as 2 minutes walk from our historic Steam Train! Part of one of Swanage’s historic and iconic buildings Hardy’s Lair is a gem, furnished to a very high standard and fully Smart tech enabled. There is private, allocated parking a few minutes walk from the flat.
The space
Located in the heart of Swanage’s historical high street, the property is in perfect reach of all of the town's main attractions and amenities yet is quiet and private.
With spacious, split-level living, a fully equipped, modern kitchen, luxurious master bedroom and a cosy twin room.
Our ‘library/snug’ with comfy seating and Xbox and streaming music system is somewhere to 'chill' - there's even a piano in the lobby for you to 'tinkle the ivories'!
The luxury bathroom is fully tiled with a large bath, separate shower over and bathrobes!
Our outside veranda with garden furniture is the perfect place to unwind - turn on the fairy-lights to add to the atmosphere!
The whole flat is fully Smart enabled with high speed WiFi, Amazon Echos with Spotify, Smart TV’s in the lounge and bedrooms all with Amazon Prime Video, Disney+ and Netflix included.
