The house consists of 3 floors. The ground floor has a wide living room with sofa/tv area and dining area, a full bathroom with shower, an independent fully-equipped kitchen and a porch with outdoor dining area. The top floor has 3 double bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, one with shower and one with bathtub. The bottom floor is a wide semi-basement with a second living room, a second open kitchen with dining area, 2 double bedrooms and a full bathroom with shower. The villa is surrounded by nice outdoor private spaces with barbecue, outdoor dining area, sun lounges and shower.

There is private high-speed WIFI and air conditioning. The area is very quiet but also at a walking distance from the beach and the Meloneras shopping and restaurant areas. It is 900 meters from the Meloneras beach. Access to the highway is 500 meters away and the airport is 20-25 minutes away.
