Apart. Esquinzo Cerca del mar

A beautiful apartment in a quiet apartment complex, very close to the ocean. You can have breakfast on a lovely terrace while enjoying the peace and quiet of the place, and then head down to the beach, which is very close by. You’ll have a bedroom with a double bed and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room—four people will be comfortable here.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, a Dolce Gusto coffee maker, a fridge-freezer combo, and everything you need if you feel like cooking. The bathroom features a spacious, renovated shower that’s very pleasant.
The terrace is definitely my favourite spot to sit back, relax, and enjoy the surroundings.
The property has a communal pool that’s currently closed for health reasons, but hopefully that will change soon—though with the ocean so close by, you won’t miss it.
You’ll find supermarkets nearby, and there’s a fantastic selection of restaurants in the southern part of the island and close to home as well, in case you’re feeling lazy one day.
It’s a place to unwind and relax

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in diesem Apartement! 2 Erwachsene2 Kinder. Es ist liebevoll eingerichtet, sauber und es fehlte uns an nichts. Sogar ein paar Spielsachen waren vorhanden. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Nähe zum Strand war super! Und der Gemeinschaftspool war meistens wenig, somit hatten wir unsere Ruhe. Sonia ist als Gastgeberin sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit, bei jedem Anliegen haben wir sofort eine Antwort bekommen. Wir haben uns wie Zuhause gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder kommen! Vielen Dank für diese besondere Zeit Sonia!

Alles sehr schön so wie beschrieben

Mein Aufenthalt war super. Alles hat gepasst.Sonia ist sehr hilfsbereit bei allen Anliegen und gab mir schon Tipps bevor ich angereist war.Die Wohnungen in dieser Anlage sind etwas hellhörig. Aber als Frühaufsteher war es auszuhalten.Vielen herzlichen Dank nochmals.

Perfekt

Die FeWo ist einfach perfekt. Lage, Sauberkeit, Einrichtung, alles passt und hat ein sehr gute Preis-/Leistungsverhältnid. Auch die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, wurde aber von uns nicht genutzt. Geschmacksache ist das etwas kleine Bett, dafür kuschelig. Sehr netter Vermieterkontakt, wenn auch nicht persönlich kennen gelernt. Fußweg zum schönen Strand etwa 5-8 Minuten. Apotheke und sehr gutes Restaurant fussläufig zu erreichen. Mietwagen ist absolut notwendig. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen
