This apartment has been refurbished and nearly everything is brand new and pristine and decorated to a modern standard. It offers very comfortable accommodation and is suitable for a couple or 2 people sharing.
This lovely one bedroom apartment is situated on the west side of Nerja near the Rio Chillar.
It’s less than 10 minutes walk to the Balcon de Europa in the centre of Nerja and only 2 minutes to the nearest beach approximately 200m down the road. The apartment has a lovely aspect, facing north with a view of the mountains and overlooking a wide pedestrian tree lined avenue. The balcony runs the width of the apartment and is furnished with a table and chairs which can be enjoyed all year round.
The apartment offers all modern amenities, HVAC system, free WIFI, TV with English and other European languages, communal swimming pool (although this is usually not open during winter month), lifts, entrances to front and back of building, etc
