This apartment is located very close to the center of Platja d´Aro, and the port and the leisure area of ´La Bóvila´, where most of the shops and services are located. A step away from the lake and park dels Estanys, ideal for summer afternoons. It is also close to the sea, about 10 minutes walk from the beach. It has two double bedrooms, a renovated bathroom with shower, a living-dining room, an independent kitchen and a terrace, where you can enjoy a summer lunch or dinner with friends and family. Sunny and with beautiful views. It has a communal saltwater pool with grass and a children's pool. Perfectly equipped. Great option for your vacation.
