On the first floor there is a bedroom with a 150x190 double bed with views of the beach and a full bathroom, and on the second floor there are two bedrooms with bunk beds and views of the beach and a bathroom with a shower. In the shared garden you will find 6 showers with hot water and 4 bathrooms. Garden of 3,500 m2 shared with twelve families where there is a racquetball court and a ping-pong table that they can use for free, they will find rackets and balls in the house, a small forest with hammocks, basketball baskets and a punching bag. If you need a cot, high chair or baby bath you can request them in advance and you will have them for free. They can park 1 car in the shared garden. There is a parking 20 meters from the house owned by the municipality of Palamós. This car park is free throughout the year except for the months of June, July, August and September, when you must pay 3 euros per day. In any case, you can park your car for free in the nearby streets without charge. The house is delivered clean and without towels or sheets that can be rented or brought. Set of towels: 1 large and 1 medium: 4 euros. Set of individual sheets: 8 euros. Set of large sheets: 15 euros.
