The ground floor is fully adapted to the luxurious life, with a beautiful long room divided by arches into the living room and dining room/cooking areas with French doors bringing an abundance of warm Istrian light inside. Exposed stone walls, beamed ceilings, and a beautiful open fireplace create a warm and cozy atmosphere, while a mix of modern and vintage furniture and exquisite furnishings provide you with high-quality comfort. Three bedrooms are arranged on the upper floor, while the fourth opens directly to welcome the private pool, which is a fantastic place to relax and unwind, including a lovely, covered, authentic barbecue with a dining table that makes for a wonderful retreat from the sun or the perfect place to enjoy in outdoor meals.

Ein Traumhaftes Refugium in Zentralistrien

Ich hatte kürzlich das Vergnügen, in der exquisiten Villa in Zentralistrien zu übernachten, und sie hat alle meine Erwartungen übertroffen. Vom Moment meiner Ankunft an war ich fasziniert von der Schönheit und Ruhe, die dieses versteckte Juwel bietet. Die Kinder genossen die Spielplätze, die die Villen bieten, vom Fußball über den Tennisplatz bis zum Basketball – sie konnten sich nicht entscheiden, was ihnen mehr gefallen würde. Würde gerne wiederkommen.

Ein Traumhafter Aufenthalt in der Villa

Unser Aufenthalt in dieser Villa war schlichtweg großartig und hat all unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Von der ersten Minute an fühlten wir uns in diesem stilvollen Refugium wie im Paradies. Die geschmackvolle Einrichtung verbindet auf perfekte Weise Eleganz mit Gemütlichkeit. Jeder Raum ist ein Kunstwerk für sich, und die Liebe zum Detail ist in jedem Winkel spürbar. Die modernen Annehmlichkeiten sorgten für höchsten Komfort, während der Charme der Umgebung für eine entspannte Atmosphäre sorgte. Der Außenbereich mit dem privaten Pool und der idyllischen Terrasse war der perfekte Ort, um die Sonne zu genießen und den Alltag hinter uns zu lassen. Die Lage ermöglichte uns nicht nur die Erkundung der umliegenden Sehenswürdigkeiten, sondern bot auch die Ruhe, die wir uns für unseren Urlaub gewünscht hatten.
