Decorated by a Madeiran architect, Sara Luís Gomes, combines a contemporary décor with natural materials, where the elements of wood, rattan, and linen offer the feeling of warmth and the smell of cosiness. As we go through the property, it is clear that there was a great concern in the details and selection of the materials, colours, and textures, in order to provide their guest an experience of serenity and exploitation of the five senses.
This accommodation stands out for the several nooks and reading corners throughout the house, in the bedrooms, living room, balconies, and kitchen. Their guest will create memories, peals of laughter, strengthen relationships, or a long evening of chatting away.
The apartment is 100 m2 and comprises two bedrooms, a living room with a dining table, kitchen, two bathrooms, and balconies. It is equipped with a refrigerator, washer, dishwasher, stovetop, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and other utensils, as well as bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi, TV with international and children’s channels, and other amenities to provide a pleasant and relaxed stay.

LOCATION
The property is in a residential building in the main touristic area of Funchal.
Within walking distance there are restaurants, cafes, bakeries, shops, supermarket, hairdresser and other services. It is 950 meters from the beach Praia Formosa, 1300 meters from Doca do Cavacas ocean swimming pools and 2000 meters from the Lido Bathing Complex.
The property has easy pedestrian access to surrounding area, bus stops and is easy to drive from and to the major roads. Aerobus from airport has a bus stop 350 meters from the building entrance.
REMARKS
Swimming pool is not heated but is open all the year and can be used if the weather is favourable.
There is a street passing in front of the building where there is potential noise from traffic, mainly during the day and if windows are open.
We ask all guests to keep food well packaged to avoid attracting insects due to the island's climate.
Cleaning is done before guests arrive and then a weekly maintenance cleaning is carried out, which includes changing bed linen and towels.
The increase in the number of guests implies a price increase of up to 10% per person.
CONDITIONS
1. Parties or behaviour that disturb the peace and well-being of neighbours are not allowed, especially between 10 pm and 8 am when neighbourhood noise is prohibited.
2. An online check-in form will be sent to collect essential identification data for check-in, arrival time and means of transport, which must be submitted by guests at least two days before arrival.
3. Guests must agree the check-in time at least two days before arrival and the waiting time is 60 minutes, after which a new time can be scheduled according to our availability.
4. Guests may be required to present identification upon arrival and provide missing identification details to comply with legal requirements.
5. Guests must inform about allergies, conditions or special needs before or immediately after booking in order to verify compliance and appropriate measures to be taken.

Spacious flat and good location to explore Madeira
The apartment is very spacious, has separate bathrooms and a very inviting living room. The balcony also invites you to chill. The apartment is very (!) well equipped. There are shops and restaurants within walking distance. The car is safe in its own parking space in the underground garage. You can get anywhere on the island very quickly, as well as to the airport. The communication with the hostess is friendly and uncomplicated.
You just have to get used to the neighbors (upstairs) and the street noise, our baby slept anyway. But both are only due to the location.
