Located on the 2nd floor of a recently built, ultra-modern building, this property features two bedrooms with double beds, balconies, wardrobes, and one en-suite bathroom with shower. The living room is divided into a dining area with support furniture and a living area with a comfortable sofa and cable TV. There is access to a pleasant balcony with sun exposure—perfect for relaxing, having coffee, or reading. The spacious, fully equipped kitchen includes a dining and laundry area. Maximum capacity: 4 people.

AREA
Situated on Avenida das Madalenas, in a quiet residential area close to highway access (east and west of Madeira Island). Nearby are a public garden, supermarket, pharmacy, pastry shops, and restaurants. Funchal city centre is just five minutes by car, offering a wider variety of restaurants and tourist attractions.

GETTING AROUND
Transfers can be arranged with local partners (cheaper than airport taxis). If renting a car, navigation apps easily find the address.

ACCESS TO PROPERTY
Full access to all areas.

INTERACTION
We are always available to assist or answer questions. Guests also have access to an app with important property and local information.

OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- All guests must present valid ID (passport or identity card) as required by Portuguese law.
- Check-in must be scheduled in advance (at least 48 hours prior); otherwise, it is subject to team availability.
- Bed linen and towels provided. Baby cot, high chair, and baby bath available on request. First aid kit, extinguishers, and fire blanket on site.

ATTENTION
A municipal tourist tax of €2.00 per person/night (ages 13+), up to 7 nights (€14 max per person/stay), will be charged. Payment link provided upon arrival.

HOUSE RULES

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules.

• Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
• Parties or events are not permitted.
• Please be considerate of neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night.

The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke, and temperature levels for safety reasons only. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. If abnormal levels are detected, you may receive a message from our team.

In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration.

A municipal tourist tax may be charged (€2 per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights).

Check-in: from 4 pm. Early check-in is subject to availability and a fee.
Check-out: by 12:00. Late check-out is subject to availability and a fee.

By making a booking, the guest accepts the house rules and terms of stay.
