Perfectly set up for two families, we enjoyed the ample room and the beautiful garden, The kids had a blast on the trampoline and playing table tennis, while we relaxed in the lovely living area, The proximity to the water was a huge bonus

Family vacation in Grou

Our Holiday in grou was wonderful. The house was really well equipped and big enoug for all of our family + our dogs. The garden is surrounded by fences and hedges. That gives you a lot of privacy and you don`t have to worry about the dogs. The garden is big enough for playing tabletennis and badminton, which we did a lot :-) Moreover there is a little ferry 5 minutes away, which brings you to the city center for shopping or visiting restaurants or doing some waterspouts. We really recommend this house and would love to visit it again.

De ruime keukentafel met comfortabele stoelen was een fijne plek voor gezellige maaltijden en spelletjes. De woonkamer was warm. De bedden zijn goed en de badkamers van een prima standaard. Wie weet komen we terug!

Das Ferienhaus liegt schön und hätte grundsätzlich Potenzial, leider war unser Aufenthalt jedoch enttäuschend.Bereits beim Betreten fiel ein starker, unangenehmer Geruch aus den Abflüssen auf, zudem roch es allgemein muffig nach abgestandenem Rauch. Die Sauberkeit ließ stark zu wünschen übrig: schmutziges Geschirr in den Schränken, Staub und nicht gewischte Böden. Auch das äußere Erscheinungsbild war ungepflegt – an Fenstern und Türen saßen auffällig viele große Spinnen.Zwei Nachttischlampen im Obergeschoss waren defekt, im Wohnzimmer war die Beleuchtung unzureichend. Im oberen Bad war die Klobürste kaputt (Stiel abgebrochen). Besonders problematisch: Im Schlafzimmer mit Seeblick gab es kein Fliegengitter, dafür aber viele Mücken und Spinnen – zusätzlich hing ein Wespennest über dem Fenster, was das Lüften unmöglich machte.Erschreckend war auch der Zustand der Betten: Die Bettdecken und Kopfkissen waren stark verschmutzt – etwas, das wir in einem Ferienhaus dieser Preisklasse nicht erwartet hätten.Nach Rückmeldung an die Hausverwaltung kamen zwar Reinigungskräfte, diese verließen das Haus jedoch nach kurzer Besichtigung kommentarlos wieder, ohne etwas zu unternehmen. Das fanden wir sehr enttäuschend.Schade – mit etwas mehr Sorgfalt und Pflege hätte der Aufenthalt deutlich angenehmer sein können.Bei der wirklich guten Lage und schönen Umgebung könnte mit etwas Pflege wieder ein tolles Ferienhauserlebnis entstehen, aktuell leider keine Empfehlung.

Das Haus war schön, allerdings gab es viel Spinnenweben und man hatte den Eindruck, es hätte besser geputzt sein können. Insgesamt machte es einen etwas abgewohnten Eindruck. Die größte Enttäuschung war allerdings, dass der Garten nicht, wie in der Beschreibung versprochen, komplett eingezäunt war. Das Eingangstor ist mit großem Abstand zum Boden, sodass auch große Hunde sich darunter hinaus bewegen können.

Tolles Haus mit super Ausstattung

Es hat uns insgesamt sehr gut gefallen.Haus und Grundstück sind super und wir würden auch nochmal wiederkommen. Wahrscheinlich waren wir die ersten Gäste nach der Winterpause. Jedenfalls war es überall recht staubig.Die Außenmöbel waren leider gar nicht mehr benutzbar. Die Sitzmöbel waren absolut instabil und die Tischplatte hing durch.

Die Küche war bestens ausgestattet, sodass die Zubereitung der Mahlzeiten ein Kinderspiel war. Absolut empfehlenswert für Familien!
