Casa Ximani Located right next to Plaza Trinidad, is divided into three spacious double bedrooms; one with a balcony and a working desk with a view, two bathrooms; one with an Amazonia atmosphere, an open plan equipped kitchen and a living room that connects with the garden area and indoor illuminated pool from where you can watch music videos on the smart TV. You can have a BBQ on the rooftop with an amazing view over the Cartagena skyline and its Castle at day or at night.

Es una casa antigua restaurada que conserva parte de su arquitectura original, combina perfectamente la tradición, el confort y la modernidad; Su ubicación en el barrio más fascinante de Cartagena, Getsemaní, la hace mágica, alojarse aquí es despertar en el corazón de la historia y sentirse sumergido en la vida local, donde la música, el baile, los colores y la naturalidad de su gente, harán que tu estadía en “El Corralito de Piedra” sea realmente una experiencia excepcional. Why they chose this property
You should choose my house because it could be the chance of a lifetime. our amazing house is located in the centre of the famous historic and emblematic part of Cartagena. there are many places to visit around the neighbourhood such as delicious restaurants, bars, cultural places, street shows and you can also visit the famous Iglesia y plaza de la Trinidad. We are very lucky that all of these amazing activities are just a few minutes away from our door. in addition along the wall that protects the historic town, there is a rooftop bar party which you can enjoy a nice sunset at all ages.
You can take a short taxi ride out of the historic town to visit the blue ocean and sandy beaches.
