Our apartment is located in the Center of Cartagena in the Matuna area, close to the Walled City and Getsemaní and 100 meters from the Clock Tower.
It´s strategic location allows you to travel on foot to discover and enjoy the charm of the walled city, its historic squares, terraces, bars, restaurants, well-known brand stores, among other places, and enjoy the entertainment and food places in Getsemaní.
Being close to everything to enjoy the days and nights of Cartagena.
It is a 3-minute walk to the pier to take the boats that can take you to the Islands.
To 5-minutes walk. you find the Cartagena Convention Center, a business and cultural meeting place.
Close you can find supermarkets, drug stores, ATM.
The apartment is very spacious, it has 4 large rooms with private bathroom, hot water in the showers, air conditioning and ceiling fan, furniture for clothes and a desk.
It has an open kitchen equipped and dishes for 12 people. Dining room for 8 people and living room. The terrace has a view of Centenario Park and in the distance you can see the boats. It has an elevator that reaches the floor and 24/7 security with security cameras on each floor and a backup electrical plant.

For this trip, the location was unbeatable, within easy walking distance of all the places we wanted to visit, especially to participate or celebrate in all the festivities, which was the main reason for the visit.Considering the area and the exterior appearance, we didn't expect the apartment and rooms to be so beautiful and large, nor to have such magnificent views of the city.For us the experience was incredible, and we wouldn't change a thing.A special thanks to the housekeeper and security staff.

From the moment I made the reservation, till we got to the Apartment, Clara did an excellent job communicating with me and letting me know what to expect, even directions on the tai ride, how much to pay and a welcome sign when we got to the building. The apartment is in great location. We could walk to most destinations in Old Town, plenty of shopping and markets in the surrounding area. The Unit itself is very modern, clean and inviting. We really enjoyed our stay and felt safe and secure. They have a doorman 24/7. The wifi worked great. They stocked all the essential necessities even had coffee. On our last day I reached out to Clara to ask for a late check out since our flight was no leaving till 4:30 pm and she was nice enough to let stay late. There were only two issues! If you leave the beautiful fountain on too long it gets the floor all wet. The shower in the room with 2 twin beds dribbles instead of a nice flow of water! I would stay there again no question! Thanks Clara
