La struttura è comoda al piccolo porticciolo e al centro città, l'appartamento spazioso e completo di ciò che necessita per il soggiorno l'unica nota negativa materassi scomodissimi....si sentono solo le molle.Il signor Cristian ci ha accolti al nostro arrivo Facendoci sentire come a casa nostra.

Appartamento in linea con quanto descritto, punto di forza la terrazza che abbiamo utilizzato sempre per pranzo e cena anche con vento risulta molto riparata. Il locale la lampara che sta al piano di sotto é praticamente silenzioso e non crea nessun fastidio. Segnaliamo che sarebbe meglio sostituire la ventola del bagno cieco che é parecchio rumorosa e anche utilizzo di zanzariere nelle camere sarebbe meglio perché ci sono parecchie zanzare noi ci siamo organizzati con gli zampironi. Utilissimi I due bagni per gruppi numerosi. Cristian si é dimostrato molto discreto e disponibile.

Super Lage, und schönes großes Appartement. Hat alles was man braucht und in 5 Minuten zu Fuß ist man in einer Einkaufsstraße mit Bars, Restaurant und Touristen-Shops. Der Strand Rena Bianca ist 15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, und ein großer Supermarkt (Eurospin) und der Hafen (mit Ausflügen nach La Maddalena) ist nur 5 Min. zu Fuß entfernt.Ebenso ein Spielplatz, sowie der Busbahnhof, wo man unkompliziert zu Capo Tests und baia Reparata fahren kann.Also es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub, und das Appartement hatte einen super praktischen Standort.Die Kommunikation mit Cristian war super. Wir konnten sogar bereits Vormittags in das Appartement obwohl der Check in normalerweise erst um 15 Uhr ist. Das war wirklich sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Vacanza in famiglia

Diversamente da quello che ci si aspetta solitamente, in questo caso l'appartamento è stato superiore alle aspettative. È più grande di quello che si vede in foto, ha due bagni, è molto luminoso e ha un'ampia veranda. Posizione strategica, il centro è raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti, così come la spiaggia del paese (Rena Bianca). Ad accoglierci all'arrivo c'era il sig. Cristian che ci ha dato le chiavi e ci ha mostrato la casa, avevamo a disposizione il suo numero di telefono per ogni evenienza. Nei pressi della casa supermercati e ristoranti, uno è presente al piano terreno della residenza. Consiglio vivamente!

Location Santa Teresa

Appartement très grand, nous avons été bien accueilli et les propriétaires sont très arrangeants pour l’heure d’arrivée et de départ, nous avons apprécié les 2 salles de bains et la climatisation qui offre un confort optimal. L’appartement est propre et est très bien placé (10-15 minutes à pieds de la plage et du centre, un grand supermarché à 2 minutes à pieds) . Seul point à améliorer est l’absence de torchon pour la vaisselle et de tapis de bain dans les salles de bain (nous aurions aussi aimé avoir les draps compris dans le prix mais nous étions au courant) Sinon je recommande ce logement à 100%
