The apartment, completely independent, is composed of:

Air-conditioned living room divided into two areas: a room with a large panoramic window, sofa and dining table;

a very characteristic room, embellished by a natural rock spur.



Kitchen equipped with everything you need, including kettle, toaster and Nespresso machine.

Spacious and bright double bedroom with a window overlooking the sea and the garden, equipped with air conditioning.

Room with two single beds , equipped with a fan.

Full bathroom with shower.

Outside, guests have access to a very large, private, panoramic space, furnished with a gas barbecue, dining table, deck chairs, sun loungers, and a comfortable outdoor shower, ideal for relaxing in the shade of the trees and enjoying the sea breeze.

Guests also have access to the villa's common areas, including parking and the path leading to their own private area, consisting of the Bouganville apartment and the private outdoor area.

As required by Italian law, before arrival, you will be required to provide copies of your identity documents via the check-in form that will be sent to you, to allow registration with the relevant authorities.
