Maya is the perfect apartment for a family holiday to explore the Veneto region, as it’s located practically in the heart of the region. Venice, Padua, the magical Brenta Riviera with its elegant villas, Vicenza, and Palladio’s villas are all less than 30 km away, and Treviso, Verona, and Ferrara are also nearby, about an hour’s drive away. The Euganean Hills are also nearby, offering opportunities for hikes and olive oil and wine tastings, as well as the Euganean Thermal Baths, known for the therapeutic properties of their salsobromoiodic waters. And Chioggia and the coastal beach towns are less than an hour away.

Maya is just a short walk from Agripolis (1 km), so it’s perfect if you need to commute to work on campus.

Maya is an apartment located on the second and top floor of an elegant apartment building with an lift. The building is located in the centre of the town of Legnaro, on a small, charming square. The owner lived here for 10 years, so you’ll find a bit of her in the books, paintings, and furnishings she left behind.

The apartment is approximately 65 square metres. On the ground floor, the apartment features an open-concept entryway/living room/kitchen, a TV lounge with a sleeper sofa, a bathroom with a shower and washing machine, a storage closet, and a terrace. An internal wooden staircase leads to the second floor, a charming attic with exposed wooden beams, where there is a master bedroom, a second smaller bedroom with another double bed, and a small windowless bathroom (no shower, just a toilet and sink).
The beds on the upper floor are both 160x200 cm, while the sofa bed on the ground floor measures 160x190 cm.

In the kitchen, you’ll find a refrigerator with a freezer, a dishwasher, a gas stove with an electric oven, a coffee/tea maker, a combination microwave, an electric griddle, an electric juicer, pots, pans, cutlery, utensils, plates, glasses, and cups, and a small kit of essentials (salt, pepper, sugar, oil, vinegar, and cleaning supplies).

Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.

In the bathrooms, you’ll find soap, shower gel/shampoo, and a hair dryer.

A washing machine, clothesline, iron, and ironing board are also available.

Bedding and towels are included in the price, and a second set is provided for stays longer than one week.

Maya is located in the centre of Legnaro, a town in the Padua area, so just a short walk away you’ll find cafes, shops, a pizzeria, a pub, the post office, a pharmacy, the church, and the bus stop for Padua (service: one bus every 20 minutes).

The nearest supermarket (open daily, including Sundays, all day long) is 500 metres away.

The nearest shopping centre is less than 7 km away (in Piove di Sacco, Piazza Grande); otherwise, there are shopping centers in Padua (Ipercity, Centro Giotto) 12 km away.
