Wonderful, brand new apartment on the second and last floor with lift, in an elegant and refined residential building. Very central, a few meters from the thermal park (pedestrian). Tastefully decorated, chic in the choice of colors. Composed of entrance with wardrobe, kitchen (with dishwasher, microwave, espresso machine, kettle) and open space living area, equipped with double sofa bed, 1 double bedroom with panoramic view from the terrace, 1 bathroom with window furnished with built-in sink , shower, washing machine.
2 large terraces and pleasantly livable in the summer with a view of the greenery, furnished with outdoor table and chairs for breakfast, sun loungers for sunbathing.
Private garage with bicycles and possibility of parking space.
Well served by public transport, a few steps from the nursing home.
Abano Terme is a splendid town with a history dating back to the ancient Romans and a millenary tradition as a place of well-being, immersed in the regenerating greenery of the Euganean Hills. Famous all over the world for its thermal water, unique, pure and very hot naturally (born at 87 ° C), it is the largest spa in Europe. There is a modern and captivating soul with a pedestrian area that offers shopping, entertainment and taste: for fitness lovers, cycle and pedestrian paths in the hills to discover breathtaking paths.

Wonderful Apartment

I highly recommend this apartment. It's accurately pictured in the listing. The location is excellent; only a short walk to restaurants and shops in the pedestrian area. A supermarket is also nearby. The apartment, the apartment building, and the property are quiet and secure. This apartment is a wonderful place to stay.

Bel appartement idéalement situé pour visiter la merveilleuse Vénétie et pour profiter des eaux thermales. Accès au garage au sous-sol : TOP ! De très belles randonnées sont également possibles en vélo pour découvrir les alentours avec de superbes pistes cyclables. (le centre de Padoue est accessible en vélo en moins d'une heure). @ recommander !

Mooi appartement en super verzorgd

Vriendelijke ontvangst, vers fruit op tafel en water in de koelkast. Zeer uitgebreide informatiemap in verschillende talen. Appartement met lift is mooi, schoon en compleet ingericht, tv en wifi aanwezig. Fietsen staan ter beschikking. Auto mag in de privé parkeergarage staan. Hondje van ons was welkom. Goed bed, mooie badkamer met zelfs een wasmachine. Twee balkons, één met ochtendzon en op de andere middagzon. Alice en Stefano bedankt.

Mi sono trovato all'ultimo momento a dover cercare una sistemazione ad Abano. Ho contattato la Signora, che con una gentilezza sorprendente, ha preparato l'appartamento ancor meglio di un ottimo albergo. Si trova in zona centralissima, ci si può muovere tranquillamente a piedi. Di recentissima costruzione, estremamente pulito ed ordinato, permette un soggiorno in questa splendida zona termale, ancor più svincolato e confortevole dei vari alberghi molto asettici.

Il nome scelto dalla proprietaria ,calza a pennello a questo raffinatissimo appartamento. Ho soggiornato per motivi di lavoro ad Abano Terme e consigliata da una mia carissima amica ,invece del solito hotel ho scelto un appartamento per poter godere della massima libertà. Il " Cheap and Chic" non ha deluso le mie aspettative.. La descrizione fatta dalla proprietaria sul sito rispecchia esattamente quello che ho trovato....Raffinato ,dotato di ogni comfort e curatissimo fino al più piccolo dettaglio . Sono spesso in viaggio sia per lavoro che per pura passione e questo è stato uno dei pochissimi posti in cui mi sono sentita come a casa . Se tornerò ad Abano soggiornerò sicuramente ancora al "Cheap and Chic " . Sonia
