About this property

Breathtaking Views from Mountain House overlooking Ashley Lake

The Experience
Prepare for a physiological shift the moment you arrive. Perched on 40 private acres with panoramic views of Montana’s famous emerald-blue Ashley Lake, this masterfully crafted home is a sanctuary for those seeking silence, solitude, and sophisticated comfort. Wander the many private walking trails that wind through the property, offering quiet moments of reflection and high-country air. During the late summer huckleberry season (typically late July through August), —guests are welcome to forage for these wild treats right on the land.
The Home
Designed with an open-concept flow and high-end finishes, the interior is as nice as the surroundings.
• The Main Level: Features a fully equipped kitchen with granite counters, a five-seat island, and a great room that dissolves the boundary between indoors and out. The primary suite is conveniently located on this level for ultimate privacy.
• The Lower Level: Two additional bedrooms—each with its own bathroom—open directly onto a lower patio with unobstructed lake views.
Work & Play
Equipped with reliable high-speed WiFi for remote work. When it’s time to unplug, forest service lake access is just a half-mile from the gate for swimming and kayaking. Back on the property, miles of trails invite you to explore your own 40-acre backyard.

Guest Notes
To maintain the pristine condition and peaceful atmosphere of this home, we host a maximum of 5 guests (ideally 4 or fewer). While we love families, the home is best suited for adults and older children. This is a strictly non-party property located 25 minutes from Kalispell—the perfect distance from civilization. Long-term stays are welcomed for guests who will cherish the home as their own.

Brand new mountain home with incredible views in a park-like setting...perfect!

I just spent a little over a week at this brand new home, and it was wonderful! The best way I can describe it is, it’s as though you are living in Glacier National Park! The surroundings are breathtakingly beautiful, the home is on a very large piece of property with abundant wildlife and places to hike and explore, Ashley Lake is an easy walk and provides postcard-like views from virtually the entire house, it is serenely quiet and provides wonderful solitude. Add to that the fact that Kalispell and Whitefish are only 20 to 30 minutes away with the Park being an hour away, and you have the makings of a perfect vacation! Robert was a pleasure to work with, especially since my schedule changed a bit while I was out there and ended up staying a couple of extra days. I just can’t recommend this place enough. And on top of all that…it had some of the most comfortable sheets I’ve ever slept in. I went home and bought a set for our house!
