It comes fully equipped with everything you need: washing machine, refrigerator, glass-ceramic stove, microwave, coffee maker, iron, blender, kitchenware, city gas boiler, 32-inch flat-screen TV, etc.

It is provided with bedding, towels, and a cleaning kit. For stays of two weeks or longer, a full set of linens is also included.
This is undoubtedly an excellent choice for a peaceful beach holiday and culinary exploration, as the surrounding area is home to Isla’s finest restaurants, specialising in seafood and fish from our coast.
Just a 15–25-minute drive away, you can visit Cabárceno Park, Somo, Laredo, Ajo, and Santoña… and Santander, Comillas, Suances, and San Vicente de la Barquera are 35–45 minutes away.
