Pierwszy raz zdecydowaliśmy się na wynajęcie apart...
Pierwszy raz zdecydowaliśmy się na wynajęcie apartamentu przez ten portal i szczerze powiedziawszy mamy mocno mieszane odczucia. W tym roku swoje wakacje zabookowaliśmy niewiele przed planowanym terminem wyjazdu, dlatego też mieliśmy już ograniczony wybór apartamentów. Po dokonaniu rezerwacji, standardowo otrzymaliśmy voucher z dalszymi informacjami i adresem. Jednak nadal mieliśmy kilka pytań, które chcieliśmy zadać – ogólny kontakt podany na stronie internetowej odpisał niestety dopiero po 3 tygodniach... telefon z vouchera okazał się kontaktem do lokalnej agencji (nie każdy mówi po ang., więc trzeba czekać na osobę, z którą można porozmawiać), która wprawdzie udzieliła nam informacji, ale na miejscu okazało się, że nie wszystko było zgodne z prawdą. Każdy miał otrzymać mały i duży ręcznik, zaś początkowo mieliśmy mniej ręczników niż osób! dopiero po kilku rozmowach z właścicielem i lokalną agencją, dostaliśmy po 2 ręcznik na osobę, jednak wszystkie tego samego - średniego rozmiaru, co w szczególności dla kobiet z dłuższymi włosami było uciążliwe. Warto też nadmienić, że właściciele - starsze małżeństwo, nie są w stanie porozumieć się po angielsku. Jako Polacy podróżujący do Chorwacji od ponad 20 lat, nigdy nie mieliśmy problemu aby porozumieć się z Chorwatami nawet w naszym języku, niestety tym razem komunikacja była BAAAARDZO utrudniona, co jak oceniam mogło wynikać ze zwykłej niechęci właściciela... W opisie apartamentu można znaleźć informację, że jest on przyjazny dla dzieci (podróżowaliśmy z 3 i 0-latkami), jednak nie wiem co świadczy o tej przyjazności… chyba jedynie fakt umiejscowienia na parterze, bo łóżeczko dziecięce nie było dostępne. Kiedy przyjechaliśmy na miejsce, apartament okazał się mocno brudny, sprzątaliśmy go 1.5 godziny, tak aby niechodzące dziecko mogło swobodnie poruszać się po nim. Brudne były przede wszystkim podłogi, ale i piekarnik, toster, czajnik. Na podłodze było sporo zakurzonych dywaników, które my po prostu schowaliśmy do pomieszczenia gospodarczego. Szybko zauważyliśmy także, niewielką usterkę w jednej z łazienek - kapanie z syfonu. Od razu poinformowaliśmy o tym właściciela, który co prawda starał się ją usnąć, ale okazało się, że należy wymienić uszczelkę. Mimo zapewnień, że zrobi to następnego dnia, przez całe 2 tygodnie naszego wyjazdu nie zostało to naprawione, a my dostaliśmy jedynie wiadro do podstawienia pod umywalkę. Pewnym minusem było również to, że właściciel ma tuż przy wejściu do apartamentu pralnię, więc bardzo często poruszał się przez nasze patio, co nie było komfortowe. Warto także dodać, że posesja nie jest ogrodzona, domy usytuowane są w taki sposób, że wiele osób po prostu przez nią przechodzi, co nie było dla nas mocno uciążliwe, ale sprzętu typu SUP, my osobiście nie zostawialiśmy na zewnątrz. W Silo jest kilka rodzajów plaż, piaszczysta, betonowa, kamienista, tak więc każdy znajdzie tam coś dla siebie, dzieciom powinno się spodobać (3-5minut dojście na plażę z górki, powrót pod górkę lub po schodach). Podsumowując mimo naprawdę kiepskiego pierwszego wrażenia, po samodzielnym posprzątaniu, miło spędziliśmy swoje 2-tygodniowe wakacje. Jednak mając porównanie z wieloma innymi apartamentami/domami, w których byliśmy, uważamy, że cena vs. warunki jest zbyt wysoka.
