Welcome to our light, spacious, first floor with lift, studio. Floor to ceiling sliding doors opening onto a large, sunny terrace with magical views of the bay over to St Jean Cap Ferrat.

Well located near the bus stop into Nice and Monaco. Tram from Nice Port to Nice International Airport (Eur1.50). Walking distance to local shops, boulangerie, bars, restaurants and beaches.

The studio's unusual shape gives the sleeping area privacy from the open-plan living area and kitchen. Sleeps up to 3 guests and one baby.

Very sunny in the morning and warm in the evening protected from the cooler sea breezes by the garden walls. Beautiful sunrises and a relaxing place to have lunch and well into the evening to watch the fireworks in Cap Ferrat.
Located in a small, 12 apartments, exclusive block on a private road. The studio is quiet and has use of the communal swimming pool and private secure garage.

Größe des Appartments und Blick etwas eingeschränkt, dafür akkurat eingerichtet, sehr ruhige, schöne und zentrale Lage. Großartiger Pool! Wunderbarer Ausblick. Villefranche ist ein netter und entspannter Ort. Hat uns sehr gut gefallen!

super séjour!

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans ce petit studio très bien aménagé et très propre. Rien ne manque, c'est parfait. Il est idéalement situé pour prendre les transports en commun pour aller de Villefranche à Nice ou de Villefranche à Monaco et idéalement situé pour faire quelques courses. Je le recommande vivement!

Quelle belle semaine a La Rade

Studio tres comfortable, avec nouvelle cuisine, equippe avec meubles de qualite et tout ce qu'on a besoin. Tres calme et belle vue mais quand meme central (Bus, magasins, plage). On a repondue a nos questions tres vite, gentil et attentif. A bientot!

Beautiful view

Clean comfortable apartment. Very good sofa bed, relaxing apartment, beautiful view regardless of the time of day. Would be nice if a smaller table on the terrace so that two reclining chairs could fit, just an idea, we will hopefully be back to this little piece of heaven

Aussicht vom Balkon

Alles war wunderschön. Die Lage des Objekts einmalig. Man war sehr schnell am Hafen in der Stadt und in der Altstadt. Auch die Ausstattung war einwandfrei. Leider hat der Architekt den Balkon völlig verplant, da man nicht besonders viel von der schönen Bucht sieht. Man fühlt sich etwas beengt und hätte das schöner lösen können, z. B. in dem man den Balkon bis nach vorne zu den anderen verlängert. Aber das war auch das einzige Manko.

En mycket ljus trevlig lägenhet med fin utsikt över viken. Bra med information både av ägaren innan och i lägenheten på plats. Vi har haft en underbar vistelse och lär komma tillbaka.

Well equipped and spacious apartment with lovely sea view. Shame the pool was not yet in use though. Great location, did lots of walking and easy to access and explore by bus or train, car not necessary.

Globalement mon séjour à Villefranche sur mer c’est bien passé, cela pas forcément grâce à vous ; je m’explique : je vous ai contacté 5 fois, à chaque fois il y avait un minimum d’attente de 10 mn. ! La dernière fois ce fut à Villefranche sur mer dans ma voiture où j’ai attendu 20 mn. Avant que vous décrochiez. Concernant les locations il n’y a de votre part aucun contrôle sur les annonces passées sur votre site. Me concernant, sur l’annonce il y avait un n° de portable ou je pouvais joindre la propriétaire, ce n° était faux depuis plusieurs années !! Toujours sur l’annonce il est précisé une terrasse ensoleillée, celle-ci étant plein est avec deux grands murs verticaux de chaque coté le soleil n’est présent que deux heures le matin ! La première fois que j’ai fait appel à vous c’est le printemps dernier sur Genet dans la manche ; sur le palier se trouvait une fenêtre sans barreau à deux centimètre du plancher ! la salle de bain était équipée d’un mini lavabo d’environ 40cm sur 22 cm. Pour toutes ces raisons c’est la dernière fois que je fais appel à vous. E. Gonthier

Super Lage und tolle Aussicht

Wir geben der Unterkunft 4 von 5 Sternen. Das Apartment ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Zentrum entfernt, von wo man diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten hat. Ebenso ist man in wenigen Gehminuten am Hafen unten sowie in der Altstadt. Die kleine Terrasse ist super zum Frühstücken, da man einen tollen Ausblick auf die Bucht und die Boote hat. Der Pool ist sauber, haben ihn jedoch nicht genutzt. Wir haben den Strand mit dem kristallklaren Wasser unterhalb vom Bahnhof vorgezogen. Wer mit dem Auto kommt, kann dort gegen eine Gebühr parken. Wer keine direkte Sonne verträgt, sollte sich einen Sonnenschirm mitbringen, denn Schatten gibt es keinen am öffentlichen Strand. Man hat auch die Möglichkeit sich eine Liege inkl. Schirm zu mieten, fanden wir persönlich jedoch teuer. 20 € für eine Liege und 5 € für den Schirm. Die Wohnung ist sauber. Das Bad ist groß und verfügt über ein separates WC. Klimaanlage funktioniert. Allerdings gibt es kein Bett sondern nur eine Schlafcouch, die auch nicht so bequem ist, da sie schon etwas durch gelegen und kurz ist. Für drei Nächte ist es aber auszuhalten. Zusätzlich fallen noch 65 € für die Reinigung an. Müll muss man selbst entsorgen. Man wird auch gebeten, das Bett abzuziehen. Wir finden für 65 € darf das ruhig mitgemacht werden. Daher 1 Stern Abzug.

Situation géographique et piscine agréable mais studio très encaissé dans immeuble aucune visibilité sur les côtés appartement dans un état de salubrité très limite : poussière très importante, les plinthes n'ont jamais vu un aspirateur qui lui fonctionne très bien !!! avons donc du faire le ménage à l'arrivée de notre séjour et au départ et malgré tout cela la propriétaire garde la caution complète........ ne parlons pas du divan que l'on a ouvert avec grande difficulté et qui donc à dû resté ouvert tout le séjour. A déconseiller +++++

séjour de mars à Villefranche sur mer

le logement est très bien situé entre Nice et Monaco l'appartement est calme et fonctionnel pour deux personnes la vue est belle. Personnellement je pense y revenir pour un autre séjour. l'inventaire et le guide peuvent ils être mis aussi en Français. Il faut revoir le prix du ménage qui n'est pas justifié pour la propreté à notre arrivée.

Good relaxing apartment

Wendy arranged all very well in advance to make our week a great week. We received a very good introduction of the flat and helpful information of what to do and where to eat - we felt at home instantly. When arriving late, please keep in mind that the grocery stores close at 1900 hrs and reopen only at 0800 hrs the following day. Bakery opens earlier. All necessary equipment for cooking and cleaning afterwards is available and in good shape - so if the shopping is done early, there are no excuses for eating out. The large window front catches beautifully the early morning sun and in summer the large terrace can be used to eat and stay out even longer. Spacious flat with enough room for upto 3 persons, even on rainy days (luckily we didn't have any). Nice, large bathroom with nice and enough towels and linen for the bed. All in all we had a great stay and can recommend it very well. Enjoy your stay
