first floor apartment with private garden, very quiet, comfortable and convenient, it is located on a closed road with very little traffic and no noise. it is about 150-200 meters wide beaches partly made of sand, rocks and pebbles (beaches 'Hawk' and 'Big Blue'). There is the possibility to use a private garage with lift (to be discussed separately) .It is ideal for enjoying the sea, even during the mass exodus. It offers excellent opportunities for recreation, rest, or participation in major events. It is in an ideal location for exploring the French Riviera in Provence, near Monaco, near Nice and Cannes.

Apartment is satisfactory, but outdated, in need of modernisation. The garden is poor and nothing like the picture - badly in need of care. The hedge needs cut, it is covered in weeds, the one shrub has died and the outdoor dining table is old with the paint stripping off - not pleasant to use. As there are no shops for miles (need a car or bus) I expected to have some basics available on arrival especially as I had come from overseas -tea, coffee, milk, washing up liquid, but none available. On my first night I had nothing to eat or drink, and there was no information regarding the shops.The view is stunning and it is only an hours walk into Monaco, with a local bus available every 15 minutes.

Es war super schön die Aussicht ein Traum. Der Weg zum Meer ist zwsr nicht weit aber anstrengend der Strand hst Steine und Kiesel das Meer ist super sauber . Wir waren mit unseren 2 Hunden dort fie auch an den Strand dürfen Gassi gehen ist etwas schwierig da es keine Wiesen gibt.Man ist auf jeden Fall auf das Auto angewiesen. Wir würden aber auf jeden Fall wieder hingehen.

Plage très agréable, pas trop fréquentée. Vue magnifique. Logement de bon volume et propre dans l'ensemble, mais équipement vieillot qui mériterait d'être rafraîchi, notamment la pièce d'eau (portes de douche à peine coulissantes, WC à détartrer, petit jardin non entretenu). Le séjour fut bien agréable, et l'accueil parfait.

Le plus de cette location est la vue sublimeQu'elle offre sur le Golfe Bleu Le second point positif est l'extrême calme de la rue sans issue .Enfin, Sara et son mari qui assurent l'accueil font de ce moment une vraie rencontre efficace et amicale ; bien sûr, tout cela mérite une bonne organisation puisque qu'on est loin de tout commerce!1Enfin, l'intérieur est un peu vieillot !En résumé escale paradisiaque pour qui aime la mer. le calme dans l'agitation estivale

la localisation du studio est magnifique avec une vue à presque 180 sur l'espace maritime .l'mmeuble est situé sur une voie en impasse ce qui procure beaucoup de calme , en particulier la nuit ...revers de la médaille il faut prendre son vehicule pour faire la moindre course "adieu la baguette croustillante au petit dejeuner!"

Appartement et emplacement magnifique, vue superbe, mais pas conçu pour des personnes avec des difficultés de marche, à savoir plage pas accessible, trop de marches, commerces beaucoup trop loin ainsi que les restaurants, étions un peu isolées, piscine pas accessible, pas d escalier correct, que 3 marches à l échelle, par contre Sarah et Vito d une gentillesse et d une disponibilité remarquable... Un accueil très chaleureux, avons par contre quitté l appartement 3 jours avant la fin de la location...

Studio très bien placé face à la mer. Gare à 5mn à pied.1 TER toutes les 1/2 heure. Hôtes cool !

Apparemment agréable, très jolie vue sur la mer. Très bon accueil des propriétaires. L accès à la piscine a beaucoup plus à mes enfants avec vue sur la mer et très peu fréquentée. Plages de Roquebrune très agréables et propres. La ville de Menton à côté est très jolie.

Un très bon séjour

J'ai choisi ce studio pour visiter la côte de Menton à Nice et j'y ai passé 2 semaines très agréables. Un accueil chaleureux, près de toutes les villes tout en étant au calme, proximité de 2 plages et j'ai également apprécié la vue sur la mer et le mini jardin même si l'arbre de la photo n'existe plus....

Sehr schön gelegene Unterkunft

Ich kann den vorherigen positiven Bewertungen nur zustimmen, es lief alles völlig problemlos und zur vollsten Zufriedenheit ab. Vito und Sarah sind sehr nette Gastgeber. Die Onlinebilder könnten mal erneuert werden, das Bett steht mittlerweile auf der anderen Seite und sehr positiv der rote grosse Kühlschrank. Den Baum draussen hat's nicht mehr und die Hecke ist mittlerweile höher :-) Aber das sind nur Details. Die Garage und Stellplatz ist sehr eng, aber ist da wohl baulich so bedingt. Je nach Fahrzeug kann man da schon seine Probleme haben mit Grösse und rangieren. Aber ansonsten alles Tip Top und wirklich sehr zu empfehlen! Danke Vito und Sarah für eure herzliche, feundliche Gastfreundschaft. Komme gerne mal wieder.
