Belair Villas (Helios and Selene) are a complex of 2 villas, located between the village of Vamvakopoulo and Chania town. Belair Villas share the main entrance gate and driveway / parking area but all other facilities are private for each Villa. Captivating Chania town with its venetian harbour, waterfront restaurants and narrow winding streets is just 4 km away, while the golden sandy beaches of Agii Apostoli and Chrissi Akti are only 2,5 km away.
An attractive stone built villa, Villa Helios has a bright and airy living space and enticing outdoor area. Villa Helios covers 215 m2, spreads in 3 levels and can accommodate 6 guests in its 3 bedrooms. Offering distant sea views, the villa is modern and tastefully designed with good quality furnishings and finishes along with super comfy Cocomat beds.
Ground Floor
Villa Helios enjoys an open-plan ground floor area featuring the living room, kitchen and indoor dining table. The simple, modern design has a fresh modern palette incorporating natural stone and bold sea tones in the quality furnishings and fixtures.
The living room features a 4 seater sofa, single arm chair, pouffe and coffee table, a 55 Smart TV with Netflix and Satellite and air conditioning. Large glass doors lead to the poolside.
The modern, fully equipped kitchen has built-in appliances of fridge and freezer, oven with hob, microwave, slimline dishwasher, espresso and filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster and a full range of cookware, dishes and utensils. Next to the kitchen is the indoor dining table which seats 6. Patio doors lead to the poolside.
Two of the bedrooms are located in the ground floor, each one featuring 2 single beds (0,90 x 2,00) that can be converted into a Queen size bed (1,80 x 2,00) with a comfy mattress topper, A/C and 43" TV with Netflix. Both bedrooms offer direct access to the outdoor area and pool, also equipped with their own seating area with small table and chairs. Two bathrooms, one next to each bedroom are also available on this level. One bathroom is specially design for people with mobility restrictions, while the other one features a rain shower, vessel sink and toilet.
First Floor
A staircase leads to the first floor where the third bedroom, bathroom and outdoor terrace area are located. The bedroom has twin mattresses (0,90 x 2,00) that can be converted into a Queen size bed (1,80 x 2,00) with a comfy mattress topper, A/C and 43" TV with Netflix. Double glass doors lead to a balcony which overlooks the pool and offers a seating area, enjoying beautiful countryside and distant sea views. Next to the bedroom, a bathroom with rain shower, vessel sink and toilet is also available. Last but not least, a wonderful roof terrace is the surprise of the first floor! A little retreat, relax in the bubbles of the 4 seater hot tub or enjoy the sea, countryside and village views from the small table and chairs while catching up on a book.
Lower floor
Gym buffs will be delighted by the well equipped gym area on the lower level. Equipped with table tennis, treadmill, elliptical machine, free weights, leg press, abs bench, yoga equipment, multi gym and 50 smart TV to follow any of your workouts, there is no excuse not to keep fit and of course, the swimming pool and hot tub serve as good rewards! Finally, a laundry room offers a washer dryer combo.
Outdoor Area
The poolside area of Villa Helios is a good sized space, offering all you need to make the most of outdoor living. The outdoor facilities include:
- A private, ecological 40 m2 swimming pool with salt water and ladder access, 1,50m deep throughout. The pool can be heated with an additional daily charge for the entire stay and it requires at least one weeks advance notice.
- The pool terrace provides ample space to relax for all guests with 6 sunbeds, 2 chaise longues, 4 umbrellas, hammock, cushioned outdoor seating area under the pergola and an outdoor shower.
- Cook on the Gas barbecue or make the perfect pizza in the bread / pizza oven. Alfresco dining here you come! A mini fridge and sink are also available.
- Dining table for 6 under the pergola
- Parking space for 2 cars inside the villa premises, under designated shaded parking area and for more cars within the grounds if necessary.
**Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at EUR15 per night from April to October and EUR4 per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.
