Ground Floor & Outdoor:
The villa has a private parking area with a private pebble yard. As you enter you immediately find yourself in the contemporary warm toned functionally designed living room area. The floating sofa faces a 43 inch smart TV. To the left is a wooden staircase with glass panel stairs that lead to the attic. Continuing straight to the left there is a fully equipped euro design kitchen with a breakfast bar table seating 3 guests. Ground floor includes a common area bathroom with a washer. The open dining room area includes large windows which creates a seamless feel with the outdoors. The dining room area has built-in sofas with pillows surrounding the dining room table and chairs that allows seating for 7 guests. The dining room leads to the outdoors through glass panel doors to a terrace
Outdoor Area Includes:
- S private 14sq. m heated swimming pool with a depth of 1.50m throughout. The pool has a built-in seating bench with jets for a hydromassage. The heating of the pool will cost an additional charge and can be used only for the entire duration of the stay.
- Outdoor terrace includes a table suitable for 8 guests

Bedroom 1
On the ground floor is the first bedroom which includes a Queen bed ( 1,80 x 2,00 ), wardrobe, 43" Smart TV & A/C unit. An ensuite bathroom with a glass rainfall shower. Thi bedroom has access to the terrace with a patio round table and two chairs.
Bedroom 2
On the ground floor is the second bedroom which includes a Queen bed ( 1,80 x 2,00 ), wardrobe, 43" TV & A/C unit. An ensuite bathroom with a glass rainfall shower.
Upper Level
The attic is charming and cozy 30 sq m private space even though there is no door. It includes 2 single beds which can be combined into a single queen size bed. A floating sofa, A/C unit and office area with seaview and access to a private balcony patio furniture loveseat.

Amina Villa is located within walking distance to all amenities, sandy beach, restaurants and local minimarkets. Additionally the area of Akrotiri peninsula is well known for its beautiful sandy beaches and bays, offering crystalline waters and gorgeous views, such as Kalathas, Marathi and Loutraki which are all a short drive from the villa. The principal village in the area, Kounoupidiana, is within an 8km drive and has all the amenities you need, including a large supermarket and bakery. Easy access to the main highway and Chania town with its winding alleys, Venetian and Turkish architecture and large harbour lined with waterfront restaurants and cafes, provides the opportunity to further explore the area.
