Luz Bay 76 is a charming townhouse in the heart of Luz village and just 2 minutes from the beach.
Ground floor: bedroom 1 with 2 single beds, fitted wardrobe and en-suite shower room, bedroom 2 with super king bed and bedroom 3 with 2 single beds, both with fitted wardrobes and opening onto a balcony from which, going down a few steps, gives access to a private and enjoyable patio, surrounded by plants and flowers with gate opening onto Rua do Poço. Crossing the street you are at the beach!
In the hallway, family bathroom with walk-in shower.
Spiral staircase up to the 1st floor. Once at the top you\'ll find a very spacious living room with comfortable soft furniture, cable TV with a wide selection of national and international channels and dining area. Panoramic sliding window opens onto a South facing balcony with beautiful sea view, from where you can enjoy al fresco dining (equipped with dining table and chairs and sun umbrella).
Spacious kitchen, fully equipped with induction cooker and electric oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, as well as various other small appliances (toaster, coffee maker, hand blender, etc.) and dining table ideal for breakfast or quick preparation of food.
Small patio at the back of the house, by front door.
All bed linen and towels provided, except beach towels.
Free Internet access.
Private parking for 1 car.
No smoking allowed.
No pets allowed.
Is not allowed to charge electric car at the property facilities.
